Outstanding Eye Care Experience at Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio I just had one of the best eye doctor appointments I've ever experienced at Bouquet Mulligan DeMaio in Cleona. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceptionally professional, yet genuinely personable. The staff across the board deserves high praise. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, the optometric assistant was skilled and friendly, and even the scheduler and check-out staff made the final steps quick and easy. Every single person I interacted with was clearly on top of their game. Dr. Berlin herself was a standout. She was both efficient and extremely thorough, performing the eye exam quickly without ever making me feel rushed or like she was cutting corners. She has a great personality--personable and clear in her explanations. I was in and out and back to my workday in no time! While I didn't need new glasses this time, I did notice they have a wide variety of frames to choose from if you are in the market. We had a truly incredible experience here after receiving the news that our 3 year old's vision was extremely impaired. I worked with Jess today and she provided the best customer service experience. She went so far above and beyond that I wanted to give her credit. I came in because my glasses were broken, and I needed a replacement pair. There was an issue with my insurance, so Jess spent considerable time working with her billing department and management to get the issue squared away for me. She was able to fully utilize my insurance benefit which saved me hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, she worked with the staff to salvage my blue light lenses from my broken pair of glasses and got them installed in a new set of frames that were the same brand and style as my broken frames, which again saved me a lot of money. She was so friendly and helpful the entire time, and I could not have been more happy with my experience. Thank you so much Jess! You went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful. It was wonderful working with you, and you demonstrated a high level of servant leadership with a wink and a smile. I cannot say enough nice things about my positive experience. I have already told three people close to me about how well I was treated, and I hope this review reaches many more. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am an assistant and I took my client to get her cataracts done there. She has been going there for over 20 years and has never had issues. She went back into the room while I waited in the waiting room and the assistant who went back with her came walking to the front desk and started talking about my client. Used her full name in front of everyone. My client is in the medical field herself. My client was very respectful to everyone even after being treated this way. She contacted the manager after what happened in the office and the manager was very unprofessional. When it was brought to the attention of Dr. DeMaio and the manager what transpired after the consult and I witnessed in the front office neither wanted to believe what was said, and basically called my client a liar. Not only did they speak about my client they were openly speaking poorly about their own employees and coworkers. I was very uncomfortable witness to hearing this of my client and others employed by this practice. HUGE HIPPA VIOLATIONS. This was my first time at this office and it will be my last as I was not even the patient. Huge, bad experience.

A welcoming place with friendly and helpful staff. Dr Williams has been seeing us for many years. We appreciate his helpful knowledge and caring attitude. Highly recommend.

Love Hans Smith. He is a great help with getting new glasses and continuingly to repair my husband's damaged glasses. He knows what type of frames I like and goes out of his way to help me find what I am looking for.
