I've been coming here since I was a kid and now a college graduate! Dr. Burrell currently practices here is great! He really makes you comfortable during your visit and is very easy to ask him questions! Staff/Team is very lovely as well! Thank you guys!

I don't usually give negative reviews. Doctors are taking much time for you. But somehow, the prescriptions did not work for me. The first order of near-side glasses came 4 weeks later, not 2 weeks as they said. If you want a half-frame they use thick lenses without noticing you beforehand. It did not provide clear vision, as well. In the second order which was bifocal, it came with a very small size of near-side lens (without saying how size it will be) with which you barely see half of your phone screen and it just works for a couple of inch range. With that range I cannot see the screen of the phone from the phone holder in the car or I cannot use it for a laptop. The far side lens of the bifocal glasses does not better than my own eyes, as well. Would be better to see welcoming, smiling faces, and at least having a reply to your thanks.

Im sad to hear so many bad reviews..I've been sending my kids here for years and never had a problem..Everyone is very friendly and my son is very careless with his glasses and they replace them with no problem the pick up system is kinda messed up cause I'm not off on pick up days. I think they need to change that back to when they come in but other than that I Love them....and all there glasses came back in a week..

Just let me start by saying that I don't usually give reviews, I only read them for the most part. I also have never been to this place. But after reading the reviews, I was skeptical about making my family appointments. Regardless of the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. So I called...someone picked up...but they also hung up just as fast. Guess that's a sign...my search continues.

Worst place EVER! I got my glasses there for way more money than ANYWHERE ELSE! I called them a year later to see if it had been a year & they told me to call my insurance company because they can't find my file. My glasses' coating must've scraped off because I can't see, so I called to see if they could help me. I was hung up on about 5 times, I had to threaten the lady to get her to do her job! I was then told I couldn't come in for about a month because they were so booked. I informed them that they could look at my charts because I really need help because I really can't see. Still no help. They are very unprofessional here & treat us as if they are doing us a favor. Like they are just giving away glasses for free! Idk about anybody else, but me & my boyfriend paid our hard earned money out of our pockets to get these glasses!

Been going here for 7 years! Doctor is amazing and personable. He takes his time with each patient, asking all of my questions. Love him!

Great place to get your contacts & eyeglasses! I've been going here for 20+ years, Dr. Burrell and his staff are professional & always go above and beyond.

This place is a joke and it's sad because the Dr was very friendly. I went for a contact lense appointment and was told someone would reach out to me when my trial pair arrived (since the Dr didn't have them on hand) Two weeks go by and nobody reaches out so I give them a call frustrated about nobody reaching me. I get a fake apology and the girl on the phone says she doesn't know why nobody reached me. She then tells me I have to schedule an appointment for a contact lense fitting with the Dr. so it's not even like I could pick them up I have to wait a week to get contacts that sat there for who knows how long. VERY UNORGANIZED ESTABLISHMENT. So after going back and forth with the receptionist and complaining about having to wait for an appointment the girl goes to say how she went out her way to squeeze me in as if she was doing me a favor for THE OFFICES mistake. After I get my contacts I'll be going elsewhere for future appointments.
