Oh my goodness where to start. Dr. Corcoran is absolutely the best! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. I have been a patient for years and never ever plan on leaving or looking anywhere else for anything to do with my eyes. Their staff is so warm and welcoming and are the whipped cream to the delicious desert. I personally love always getting to visit and see Lisa. She is so upbeat, friendly, and gets the whole appointment going with an amazing positive vibe. Okay...and then there is their Master Class Receptionist Extraordinaire Yvonne. I have so many positive things to say about her that Google will probably cut me off at some point. If you had a world directory and filtered the results by "Immaculate Customer Service" you would find her name. Her voice and rapport is top notch. She is so welcoming and warm. I just want to hang out at the office and talk to her about life's troubles and any and everything under the sun. She is a national treasure and we must protect her at all costs. If and when I start my own business I will do everything in my power to poach her to work for me. There are those people in life you will come across and meet and afterwards think to yourself "wow, they were really nice", she's one of them. Fortunately the whole team here is so good, but seriously even if the doctors were bad, I'd still probably come here just for Yvonne. Okay, I think I've gone on enough, but seriously I mean every word I've said. This place is the best and you have a customer for life.

I recommend Eger Eye Group to everyone! I typically see Dr. Cochran and he is fantastic. I've also seen a few other doctors as well and have never had any complaints. It's not often that you find an office with both great doctors, and great staff members, but the staff here is wonderful. Always friendly, helpful, and most important incredibly competent. I'm confident that insurance is applied correctly and that they are helping me make the best decisions when it comes to insurance vs. out-of-pocket costs. Lucina in the glasses and contacts department always responds to me timely and is so sweet. The office staff has a lot of key members too who have been there for years. I think that says something as well. Lots of familiar faces at my yearly appointments. All around great practice!

The entire staff was wonderful at Eger Eye Group from start to finish. When walking in a delightful front desk staff meets you and walks you through the steps of getting started. The nursing staff is all wonderful in explaining the tasks they are doing, that may be different than the traditional eye doctors office. Dr. Amber is absolutely fantastic, she took her time going over everything, explaining it piece by piece, and making sure I had no questions. The frame and lenses staff was perfect as well, there was the smallest tiny scratch on my lenses when the glasses came in. They took the time to reorder them without making me feel bad and doing whatever they had to do to fix the error. Its nice to go to an office that takes their time and cares instead of just rushing through and trying to get your money. I will definitely be going back.

I was seen for an eye examination and then came back to pick up the glasses. I noticed that the prescription was incorrect, as I had a problem with distance reading. I thought I'd get used to the new glasses but I didn't, so I called to get an appointment, noting the reason. When I arrived, I was told that there was a $35 charge for a reexamination. However, I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment so I left. During the first appointment, I found that the staff lacked sufficient knowledge about insurances. I've had the same insurance for the past ten years without issue, but I couldn't get verification whether this office accepted my secondary insurance.

Both myself and my children have been seen here. I had a great experience and then when it was time for my children to have their visits I really got to see what a friendly office this was. Dr. Noah Eger was thorough and so friendly with my boys. For being each of their first visits to an eye doctor he put them at ease right away. Such a great experience for us. We have been to the office for several visits since and it's always the same friendly atmosphere. The front desk receptionist is very welcoming and friendly too. I would recommend this office to everyone looking for a kind, caring optometrist.

I was referred to Dr. Noah Eger for the ongoing monitoring of my eye condition along with being fitting for scleral lenses for my condition. I have seen a total of eight ophthalmologist and two optometrists and Dr. Eger has been the best experience out of all of them, being right alongside my family optometrist who caught the issue in the first place. Him, and his staff, are lovely to be around. They are attentive and kind, and after almost three years of dealing with my medical condition, I finally feel like I can take a deep breath knowing that I am in Dr. Eger's, and his staff's, care. My appointments are always on time, my concerns are listened to, and I finally feel that I am on the right path. My insurance has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with, and Dr. Eger and his staff have advocated for me through the entire ordeal. I am not one to write reviews unless I believe them to be necessary, and this is one of those cases where I believe it is. I cannot thank this office enough for what they have done for me.

Eger Eye Group is the third eye care group I have visited in just over a year to help with my steadily decreasing vision problems. It appears the third time is a charm! Dr. Holly put together the puzzle pieces and seemed to uncover issues completely unfounded by other groups. I feel confident I am well on my way to resolving my vision issues. At first I was concerned with the long wait in getting an appointment. After hearing my issues, Brenda, put me on a preferred waiting list and I luckily had an appointment a week later. I found this surprising as I am a new patient, but, the Eger Eye Group treats me as if I have been with them forever. I felt at home every second during my visit. From the friendly welcome as I walked through the door to a warm "hello" from every staff member that passed by in the hallways, my visit was a true delight.

I've been Dr. Tim's patient for nearly 25 years and my sons have been under his care for their entire lives. We are always treated with kindness, warmth, a great sense of humor. Dr. Tim is the most thorough medical professional I've ever encountered here in Pittsburgh, and we would not consider entrusting our vision health to anyone else.
