Dr. Blaney did a fine job, but the receptionists are horrible! You get great customer service when you go in for your appointment, but then when you go back to get your glasses they could care less about you. It's happened all 4 times I went in to pick up glasses for me and my daughter. The first time the receptionist was on the phone; I understand. I patiently waited about 5 minutes for her to finish. When she got off the phone, she said, "I will be right with you as soon as I finish typing these addresses into the computer." She didn't seem to know how to touch type and there must have been 5 addresses. I stood there right in front of her watching her type. It was ridiculous. I realized I wasn't going to get any customer service that day. Every time that I've gone back, it's the same thing. This morning nobody was manning the front desk. I stood there waiting...nothing. I peered around the back where the glasses are and the lady back there saw me, but kept doing what she was doing and never acknowledged me. The lady from the doctor's side asked if she could help me, but then informed me that she was just for the doctor's side and I'd have to wait for the receptionist on the glasses side. So, yeah...I left again.

2 eye doctors work here. Blaney is Ok but the other needs to retire. The Secretary was very rude. Not a good place to buy eye wear due to a very rude elderly lady that you will deal with.blaney himself is a decent optometrist but he needs to higher kinder people.
