I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this optometrist. Every single person I interact with at this practice has been absolutely lovely. We have been there for a few years now, and I just hope that our insurance keeps covering this place and that they don't go anywhere. Because it is a ray of sunshine, and they are beyond competent. I've done everything there from regular eye exams to purchasing contacts and glasses, to seeing them when I was having floaters for a period of time. Due to not being heard over the concerns and issues with my eyesight a couple years ago, I was left to become legally blind within a couple years. The lack of listening to my concerns that the prescription glasses did not work has now left me needing surgery in hopes my eyesight can improve. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care, empathy, and understanding from all staff in this office.
