Made an appointment back in November for all the way in January because it was the first available, they then called me on the day of to tell me they don't work with my insurance, even though the first question I asked when calling was if they worked with them. Would not recommend

Doctors here are great, however it's incredibly difficult to receive even basic customer service. I was told I didn't need an appointment to stop in and discuss my contact lens trials with the doctor. However, when I arrived, I ended up waiting for an hour for a five-minute conversation, simply because the front desk never informed the doctor I was there. To make things worse, I was told by my doctor to follow up by phone about how the trials were working, but despite calling during business hours, no one answered. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. As someone who works as a medical receptionist myself, I understand how busy things can get, but this level of disorganization and lack of communication is disappointing.

The Doctor was amazing! Don't expect a call back from the when your glasses come in, even if you leave a message yo have someone call back they won't. You will have to physically go into the office to talk to a human at this office.

Told to call after 3 days and they would order them. Nope... 3 phone calls, one show up without an appointment... Another wait... A month later I finally get someone on the phone. They don't even know what they are ordering yet... They refuse to return phone calls. If I hadn't already put my insurance in for the visit I would be going somewhere else. Guess I'll be looking for a new doctor next year .

So thankful for this eye doctor! She took my 4 year old very last minute in the hour before closing with an emergency after a foreign object scratched her eye. She was a new patient, had not before been seen, but they still let us come in with no appointment. They were great with my daughter and were very thorough. Their care resulted in a complete and quick eye recovery. Absolutely Recommend.

Dr. DeMichele was very thorough in her exam. My optic nerve was difficult to get an image of, but she and the technician made multiple attempts and succeeded. She explained about different meds and side effects. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to be sure I understand. Now I know about my eye health and will follow her instructions. She is an exceptional doctor.
