Fantastic experience. Rachel, my tech, was really friendly and knew here stuff. She made a pretty lengthy exam feel comfortable and quick. I hope you get her on your next visit. Adam, the person that arranged my glasses was equally great. Very friendly, attentive, and got me everything I needed.4 This is definitely my preferred location! Oh, don't be concerned with the video visit. It is a fact of life now and I was very satisfied.

I had a horrible experience at the west york location so I decided to go back here. My doctor was very professional and friendly. The tech was also very friendly. 100% a much better environment than the west york location. Will definitely be going back here my next annual appointment.

I had a great experience at this eye doctor's office. The exam was extremely thorough, and I felt confident that I was in good hands the entire time. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staff was also fantastic--friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Rhonda, who went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!

The staff at MyEyeDr. are kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. My visit was no exception. From start to finish, every interaction I had was positive, and I truly felt valued as a patient. It's clear they prioritize both quality care and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This office was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I scheduled my appointment online, and at no point did it say the visit would be a video appointment. No one called to confirm or explain this beforehand. Who would choose a video visit for an eye exam? I wanted to see an actual doctor in person. When I declined the video appointment, the staff spoke about me behind the reception desk ; unprofessional and unacceptable. Updated: 8/13/25 customer relations calls you during normal work hours when you can't answer your phone and when you call them back to supposedly discuss how they can improve don't return the call. Seriously don't waste your time or energy on this toxic company .

Demi was amazing. She deserves a raise! She did so much at my exam.

Our actual appt was nice, but actually getting your glasses correctly and promptly is a whole other issue. You call into get updates and wait on hold for 15 mins each time. Our sons glasses came in late the first time, arriving after our trip we needed them for, to then be told they did not come in correctly with mirror lenses and needed to be reordered. Now the ETA is even further out. They take your hundreds of dollars immediately, but then you wait months to actually get the glasses.
