Penn Eye Care At Mercy

Called for an appointment for issues with my vision. And was told I cannot be seen because the doctors at this practice don't see patients with sudden blurred vison and instructed to visit an eye clinic. There is no eye clinic associated with this hospital on any search engine I have reviewed. I would have appreciated if the CSR would have at least provided a number or location rather than said you just walk in to be seen at the eye clinic. This is my 2nd encounter with a CSR through the Mercy Fitz Hospital and the attitudes and condescendence's is really disheartening and makes you want to look elsewhere for care.
