Pennridge Family Eye Care

Excellent eye care for the family. My family has been coming here for years, and we have had nothing but the best service here for the family. I recently brought a close relative here from another state that was seen by Dr Taber, and he provided a diagnosis that was needed. We are currently going to go to a specialist given the situation, but the fact that the level of care and attention to detail is meticulous, I have nothing but to give an excellent review for their practice and wish them success as a practice. I will be picking up glasses next week, but for them to help my loved one the way they did just made such an impression on how family valued they are and professional work is done.

Professional staff, makes you feel welcomed. Staff seems to be close with other staff and that translates the new customers ( me) to feel more welcomed. Will make this my eye care doc for anything as long as I'm in the area. Cheap options (130+) for the section I was looking in.

In the last couple weeks I have had both of my small children (2 and 4) in the office for random eye problems. We saw Dr. Wisber both times and she was absolutely amazing with both of my girls. They loved her and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and able to work quickly for them. The intake nurses both times were wonderful and the front desk is always efficient and kind as well. Can't say enough good things about the practice a a whole.

There have been some staff changes at this location. I'm posting this review on behalf of my Fiance after experiencing such poor customer service at this location. From the moment we walked in body language is everything. My fiance has chronic eye issues with dry eye. He was supposed to have the opportunity to try a trial pair prior to purchasing a large supply of a new contact type. We walked in, we weren't greeted. We came to the counter and stated he wanted the trial first before he paid for the supply of contacts. This is a common practice at many providers as a courtesy to customers. Christa's facial expressions and "ok, ok" comment were unprofessional when he expressed he wanted the trial paid first. He then asked where the men's frames were and she stated "in the back". She did not walk us over or attempt to assist us in any way, nor did any of the other seated employees doing nothing. It was a very unprofessional experience and when leaving my fiance said "have a nice day" and there was zero response! He did confront Christa and ask "if there was a problem?" She responded with "I was busy looking up your insurance info". I chimed in because he was visibly upset to let her know she didn't communicated that with us nor even attempt to assist us in finding a pair of glasses. It's a very cold and unwelcoming experience and we will be finding another practice who values their customers and knows how important customer service is.

A totally professional and friendly service from the front desk check in to the care of the technician. Dr. Taber was extremely caring and a great interaction from a patients perspective. The eyeglass and lense selection is very wide ranging and the eyeglass specialist was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Overall a great experience and highly recommend the team at Pennridge Family Eye Care.

What a wonderful place. The staff is so kind there. My son deals with a lot of sensory overload and they really made it a good experience for all of us. Imagine trying to get a picture of a five year olds eye ball The appointment was quick and right on time which I appreciated. I found my place! Highly recommend.

If your looking for all around great care and in depth medical review for eyes this is the place. They are great with my two little ones and myself. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

Been coming here since I was a child. All of the doctors are so wonderful and knowledgeable! They take time with their patients during appointments and always explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. Couldn't recommend them enough!
