Terrible service!!!!!
My daughter had her eye/contact exam on May 2nd and the eye doctor still hasn't signed off on her eye glass or contact prescriptions so we can order them. I either call or stop in weekly to check the status and the answer I am always told "she hasn't signed off on her chart", and the insane excuse I'm given for it taking this ridiculous amount of time is "the doctor only works 1 day a week"
I'm not sure if the issue is the staff isn't passing the messages along or if the eye doctor just doesn't care.
But it's downright negligence at this point, almost 3 months later and the doctor still hasn't updated my daughter's chart so we can order contacts and glasses.
Shout out to the Vision Center at the Altoona WalMart - I called them this morning and they are sorting it out for me. So if they can do it in a few hours, not sure why the Duncansville hasn't figured it out in almost 90 days.

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. Each time I've been in here, I've had to wait well over 20 mintues each time with 2 of the times being the only customer in here. I went there today to pick up my daughters glasses and it took the employees forever to come out. Other people were waiting as well. They then finally acknowledged me and asked if I had an appointment so which I reply I was only there to pick up my daughters glasses and they said that it would be awhile. This is the only place that has a good selection of glasses for children so we have to go here, but this place is ridiculous.

My husband went there they told him with his insurance he could only get glasses and not sun glasses too. We checked with insurance, he COULD HAVE got both, I called and doubled checked with insurance and they CONFIRMED he could just like he ALWAYS had but the two ladies Mandy and another lady said he couldn't.They were WRONG. They were to call and check with his insurance once I told them I doubled checked with the insurance but guess what they never checked or called us back, they just ordered one pair of glasses. They screwed us out of a pair of sunglasses and they didn't order the correct lenses either!! The doctor was great but the other workers need to be a little better at their job!!!

Why would you have your hours set to 7pm and be closed by 6pm? It's not my fault I work late and can't make it at 10am to get my glasses. Hire more people if you can't stay the full hours open

Gave me one price but didn't make sure all of the add-ons for my lenses was on so when I went to pay my total was way higher than originally quoted super disappointed was a good experience up until this
