America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I made an appointment for January 19th. I arrived 10 minutes early which allowed me time to browse frames. However, I was not called in for my appointed time for 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I should have walked out and gone back to LensCrafters. Dr. Bailey was very nice and thorough. The CSR that assisted me was also very nice. I believe her name was Natalia. The issue is that my paperwork clearly states "Your purchase will be ready by: 2/5/26". I went to the store today only be told that my glasses were not in. Now, I did change my payment method on the morning of 1/20/26 and Natalia stated that changes the delivery date to 2/6/2026, however she could not tell me if my glasses would be ready on that date. A payment change made less than 24 hours after the original purchase should not change the date in which the glasses would be ready. Natalia also said that the date is provided as an estimate however that is NOT what I have in writing. So, I cancel the order and decided to order the glasses online. I found the same glasses on the AB website. Easy, peasy, right? No! Why? Because my prescription, that my insurance paid for, does not include the PD, which is required to order online. I have made an appointment at LensCrafters for tomorrow and am hoping they can do something with this worthless prescription. I went to the eye doctor originally because I could tell that I needed a stronger prescription and to have to wait almost 3 weeks for a pair of glasses in 2026 is ludicrous. I would avoid this company at all costs.

This place is wonderful, everyone is so nice! I forgot my contacts during a ski trip, they helped me to find available one according to my prescription without any hesitation, while most other optical shops either don't want to help or don't have in stock. I can tell this is defiantly the best contact place

Everyone in this office was super friendly and helpful. They explained all the tests etc as we went. Very helpful picking out glasses. It's refreshing to go into a business and everyone be as pleasant as they all were! Prices were excellent and they had a decent selection for the special deal! Definitely will tell others what a great place this is!

I was helped by a Manager by the name of Kiara who gave me and my fiance a courtesy replacement of lenses after going past the replacement day, very nice on the phone! Christian was the salesman who helped me in person and walked me through some confusion and got my glasses put on new frames quick and easily! Super kind and fast, had good knowledge of the products. Michelle was another saleswoman who helped Christian with the confusion and made sure I left with my new frames and with a smile, these employees were both helpful and kind, I left very appreciative and with a sense of being helped, I will be visiting here instead of other glasses retailers in the future!

"Remote Exam" but the doctor wasn't available at the time of my appointment. An eye exam took well over 4 hours. Waste of time. Staff are very discouraged from completing any tasks. Overall would not recommend here. Highly recommend corporate to come evaluate this place because it's a s-show.

Canceled my appointment 3 times. 1st, equipment was down, okay. 2nd, I was offered a Zoom visit. For an eye exam? The doctor was "not in". 3rd time canceled my appointment. The doctor was "leaving early".

The service was quick. The staff was professional. The doctor was outstanding. I was impressed with the level of professionalism the team exhibited.

I never thought I could give this bad of a review to a doctor's office. But imagine my surprise when I take my two teenage children for their yearly before school eye exam and find out that there's not a doctor on site just done by Zoom call which is super unprofessional to begin with and now for the second time in 2 weeks they call me and cancel my youngest son's appointment because they are understaffed. They tried telling me the entire staff called off sick. That's kind of convenient considering it's the Friday before a long weekend. All five of the members of my household wear glasses and we will never be taking our business to this establishment again. And now I just got back from taking my son to a different eye doctor and I found out that America's best has been lying about him needing glasses for 2 years
