I'm only commenting on the cost. They charged my 88 year old mom $857 for lenses only. If you have an elderly family member who does not question costs, please be involved with their decision making as to whether to purchase lenses here without shopping around. Now that I'm aware of what they charge, I told Mom she will not be purchasing lenses here anymore. Thank you

Have been a patient for many years as was my father before me and my siblings. Glaucoma runs in our family. I was transferred to Dr. Zhang when I started having eye bleeds. I am very happy with Dr. Zhang. She did my Cataract surgeries with no problems. I highly recommend her services

Dott Zhang saved my life, my name is Luca Capoti and I'm from Italy, I'm a busy chef and that's why I never have time to write fantastic reviews before, I have a very bad Glaucoma and I lost my vision, my eye pressure was 47 and normal is max 21, the people work here do a fantastic job, now I have my vision back the doctor follow me in a very professional mode, she couches to do surgery on my eye and now my vision is 20/20. I never feel tired to say thank you so much to these very professional people who work here, every one is fantastic and very professional, it's incredible how I have my vision back, usually when everyone has this problem they lose the vision, they don't me an amazing job, THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHHHH

I had my exams from this place for all my family members. The prescriptions were incorrect thereby resulting in me spending money on glasses that I cannot use. The prescription was corrected for me 2 times, but still, the glasses are not usable. In my daughter's case, I spent on contacts as per the contact prescription provided in August'23. In April'24 when the school did a screening they found her vision is off 20/50, 20/40, 20/30, 20/30. She has been wearing contacts for a few years now and it has not changed so much in such a short time - makes me believe her prescription was also incorrect. Would not recommend.

I am very happy with both Dr. Rizzo and Dr. Zhang. They are both experts in their field and both make me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Zhang performed my cataract surgeries and I couldn't have felt more confident, taken care of and informed every step of the way. Every member of their staff is friendly and highly professional.
I would highly recommend Starer Rizzo Ruffini Associates for anyone looking for preventive and/or surgical needs.

I called a month ago to set up an appointment that was supposed to be today, when I called for confirmation on the same day of my appointment I was surprised that my appointment was cancelled. They don't take my insurance. It's really really really ridiculous. Now I understand why people get their consultations over the seas. No efficiency.

Dr. Ruffini is very kind and professional, but his office staff is often openly rude. There is one blonde woman who has been there for years who seems to take pleasure in it. Be aware, they will also switch doctors on you so make sure you are seeing the one you asked for. Dr. Ruffini gets five stars. His staff gets one.

The Drs are awesome, but the customer service of the staff is awful. Went to an appointment that was supposed to be at 10:45 for us to get there on time and they told us that the appointment was at 9:45 when I had already confirmed 10:45 previously. Then when we got there we realized that we needed a mask to enter so we kindly asked the receptionist for one and she said that they did not have any which is super weird for an office. Walmart employees have extra masks but the Drs office doesn't ? Anyways then we rescheduled our appointment only to be told, "and when you come in here next time you have to bring a mask".... obviously... is that not what I asked for as soon as I walked in ? So rude for no reason and the tone she has made it worse. Definitely looking for a new specialist.
