Such a great vibe with staff. They clearly get along well. Dr. Ortiz was wonderful. He should teach classes on bedside master! Asked me lots of personal questions, was very relatable, never in an hurry, explained what was going on with my eyes in easy-to-understand, non-catastrophic terms. I'll definitely go back and highly recommend.

Horrible wait time.. arrived prior to my 2pm appointment and as of 3:10 still not called back. Looks like they double or triple book appointments. People who came in after me were called back. May have to find another doctor my time is as valuable as there's no one should wait this long for any appointment. I was a patient of the Bustleton office and I never had a wait time like this.
