I chose this business specifically to support a local provider, even after explaining that my situation was complicated. I was assured it would be handled properly. It wasn't. Appointments felt rushed and incomplete. I waited from October through late December for my glasses. When they arrived, they were unusable -- severe blurriness and headaches. I was later involved in a minor auto accident that I believe was related to the poor vision. When I tried to have the issue corrected, I was told "it's been too long," despite the office being closed for holidays much of that time and operating appointment-only with voicemail required to make contact. The glasses were sent out again, leaving me without usable glasses for another month. My eyes were never rechecked as promised. When the glasses were finally ready, I was given only narrow pickup times with no offer to check, adjust, or verify them. After months of delays, I'm out my money and still without proper glasses. I cannot recommend this business.

I love this place. Dr. Groff is so amazing and really takes the time to make sure my vision is perfect from the time I take the eye test till I get my glasses. She really goes out of her way for her clients.

Dr. Groff is an excellent optometrist and works very hard to be sure one has the correct prescription and fit.
