DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I can not stress that enough. I had an annual eye exam and had an issue with my old contacts that I've worn for years with no issues but they were irritating my eyes. The doctor offered to give me a trial pair that were slightly different, to see if they were any better. After five days of wearing them I decided to go with the new contacts as they weren't irritating like my old, one a days. I called to get pricing on the new ones as I already checked prices on line and found drastically different prices for the same contacts. Over the phone I went over every detail with the staff member to ensure accuracy. They quoted me the price which I thought was high and asked if they took into account my insurance. Turns out they didn't. After they took into account my insurance contribution they gave me the what I thought was the accurate price which was slightly lower than what I could get online so I authorized them to order. They mentioned the contacts would arrive 7-10 business days which was great. I got a text that the contacts were in so I drove over to pay and pick them up. The receptionist got my order together and told me the total which was much higher than what was quoted. I questioned the total as I thought they made a mistake. I didn't bring the paperwork with me that I wrote everything down on so I decided to hold off picking them up, simply to make sure I was remembering correctly I wanted to check my notes. The receptionist mentioned that they quoted me the wrong price. The quoted price was for my old contacts and the price was hand written on their paperwork and then crossed out. After checking my notes to make ensure I was remembering correctly, I decided to call and speak to a manger. I spoke with Chris. He was kind and I asked for an explanation as to how this happened and he explained to me that they quoted me the cost for my old contacts even though I went over every detail with them but somehow ordered the new more expensive ones. It doesn't add up. I found the same exact contacts online for much cheaper. They're ripping people off. Plain and simple. Don't go here!

I'm so grateful to Dr. Richard Christoph, O.D. at Complete Family Eyecare for his quick and compassionate care. He noticed a serious issue with my optic nerve during a routine exam and urged me to go to the ER -- even gave me his personal number for follow-up. Thanks to his fast action, I got treated right away, and my vision is already improving. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. From the front desk to check out, everyone is very nice. Very calm atmosphere, wonderful front desk, awesome ophthalmic technician. I was blown away and will forever come back

This place is awful. Multiple bad experiences, but everyone always says they like it. The ladies at the front are rude and I have witnessed them talking about patients after they leave the office. Oh, they also make inappropriate comments about your attractive husbands when they come in. Dr. Z was unkind to family members on two different visits. Dr. Wise is the kindest of them all. Contacts - don't bother coming here! I was given a script for contacts that were NOT the same as my previous script. Caused headaches, they moved when I blinked, etc. No one wanted to listen. Still trying to get contacts months later. My child wanted contacts, so they make you pay for a course. I understand the reasoning, but when someone that has never worn contacts reads how to put in contacts from a paper, it does not lead to success! My child was so frustrated and refuses to try again. I don't blame them. They also didn't discuss anything with me about what we were looking for with contacts. They ordered expensive contacts for him and then gave me attitude when I disagreed with their decision. No thanks!

New patient here! The staff is beyond friendly/nice and my visit ran very smoothly. The receptionists, the techs and Dr. Zerfass were great. The woman who helped me order my contacts and glasses was super helpful and kept me informed on pricing and what is covered by insurance or not! Highly recommend(:

It is sad that when you call they are rude to you over the phone also they are rude to you when you come into the appointment . The other people that have had horrible experiences are correct and the sly comments about people is amazing when people leave the doctors are really rude and seems like you are in their way. I have to agree with the person that talked about fathers it was amazing how i was not allowed to be part of the conversation at all like i was nothing it was so much so that my wife had to say you can talk to both of us and the look of discused was shocking to say the least ... everything after that was akward .. i would suggest any other eye doctor

It is unbelievable the service they provided. They went the extra mile and work together as a team in order to provide safety especially for my mom and special needs daughter. They are very professional, caring, in demonstrated extreme kindness especially from their heart and this is to name a few. May the good Lord shower them with an abundance of a good health and blessings. Keep up the good work each and every one of you are a perfect example of unity

Recently moved back into the area, and Complete Eyecare was recommended to me. Sadly I cannot do the same. A day after my initial visit, I receive a voicemail stating a 'billing error' from a credit for contact lenses was made, and an additional $150 was due to proceed with my glasses order. This was a mistake made by their employee, a not once was there a mention of contacts. As I read some others recent reviews it seems this happens often, feels a bit like a 'bait and switch'. Be aware, and be ready for a call the next day for additional $$$ due.
