Be ware if you are one of our older citizens. They will smoothly have you sign things without letting you read it. They will force you to do the retina scan when it is optional. They will not explain your charges. They will try to max out your insurance coverage. They will tell you you have your prescription and not give them to you. Abrasive was used by another reviewer and is correct. My parents felt bullied and taken advantage of by slick sales tactics to rack up charges. They will gaslight you as well when you try to get things corrected. They would also rather someone come with older citizens of PA rather than have to treat them with respect to allow them independence. This place should learn better customer service skills and how to respect people.

My first visit to Pearle Vision for an eye exam and it was awesome. The receptionist Esme was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The Eye doctor was absolutely wonderful and sweet. She explained every detail of my exam and offered suggestions. I highly recommend having your eye exam at this location!!!

Bought frames lenses and contact fitting.
Frames suck, they didn't have a good selection.
Lenses suck, protective lenses went after 3 months.
And never actually got contacts because they suck.. also, that front desk check that controls. Everything told me she was going to take the lenses out of my eyes when I told her that I couldn't wait more than an hour past my appointment time for their team to get to me.
I'm going back to my provider in Springfield 10 miles out of the way.

Had emergency eye accident and the optometrist was quick to see me and do tests to see my cornea was scratched they provided me with expert compassionate care, a contact lens 'band-aide', drops and follow up visits to make sure the cornea was growing back. The office staff has great communication skills, were kind, helpful, professional, polite and extremely competent. Great doctors and staff! Highly recommend and so grateful!!

After calling the place I normally go to for an appointment and finding out that I couldn't get until the end of March, I decided to try Pearle. I'm glad I did! The staff is super helpful. Dr Rivera is awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything. Nicole was very helpful in making decisions on what glasses to order. It was the best eye exam I've ever had. Can't wait for the glasses to come in.

Earlier today, I had my annual eye appointment at Pearle Vision in Glen Mills. While I have been going to this office for years, the new staff gave me next level customer service today. Everyone was exceptionally nice and, as a patient, I appreciate the new equipment. No more drops in the eyes! They have a new machine that gives better results without having to dilate pupils with drops. Also, they helped me pick out my new frames. Thank you Tammy, Esmeralda, Annisah, and Dr. Molinda!

My experience at this pearle vision has always been exceptional. Dr Rivera is amazing. She is super informative , and definitely makes her patients feel welcome. I honestly came back to this location because she was the doctor. She wasn't there for a bit , but she back.
