I have such a great experience each visit at Chauncey Eye Group. Customer service is truly amazing and professional. I had a special experience at The Chauncey Eye Group today . My eye exam was very thorough and extremely comfortable. I felt like I was in very capable hands. My eye exam was taken very serious and I had complete attention from the optometrist and also the assistant. And afterward when I picked my glasses they really paid attention to detail to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Also while I was there I did in fact treat myself to a special procedure called opti Lift I would definitely recommend this series of treatments for anybody that was looking to rejuvenate their skin around their eyes and their face to look refreshed. This was my fourth session. I definitely have seen improvement and fine lines and firmness in my skin tone. I was so glad that I went through the series of the four treatments. I have told my friends about the procedure it's painless and feels so good when you're having the warm gentle procedure. It's a definite yes for me all in all I felt like a princess who can say that when they're having an eye exam. But I did today thank you Chauncey eye group

I visited The Chauncey Eye Group for an eye exam yesterday, it was my first eye exam since like 2010, I definitely wasn't prioritizing my eye health because I wasn't having any issues. I was nervous to go after so long, but I am so glad I did! Dr. Brown and everyone at the office was so nice! Dr. Brown and staff explained so much to me, they were so patient and accommodating. They helped me pick out a pair of really cute glasses and I can't wait to pick them up in a few weeks! I would absolutely recommend this office if you are looking for a new eye doctor, they know your insurance plan really well and what they will cover, and they are so nice and helpful!
