This place is a total joke.. I scheduled an appt for November 11 2025 and received a confirmation text on 11/4/2025 with no time frame to respond. With my busy schedule I didn't get a chance to respond and on 11/5/2025 I get another message saying I missed my appt. How is that possible? I call in ask that very question and they say it's my fault that I canceled on my end. How when I never even responded. (7 days in advance at that). Instead of the her asking how they could help me and get me an appt. She just says well it was on your fault. To me thats poor customer service especially when I call minutes after receiving the missed appt text. Good luck to all who uses this facility in Greencastle. I don't think I will be using them anymore. Attached is a screenshot of the messages. I even tried to confirm after I received the missed appt message.

I picked up my glasses today. I thought the color was off and but they felt good and I thought maybe it was because I was looking at them with my glasses which are gray tinted so I took them home 20 min drive. My son thought they were too purple and looked like old people ha ha so I called and asked why they were different than what was on the wall that had blue in it. Lisa offered to switch them to those which were gray and plum but also had blue which is why I wanted those. Lisa was AWESOME and I had the ones I liked maybe ten min into the visit. She was very very nice. I love my eye doctor Molly as well. I am a very happy customer.

So im posting this under my husband's account because I dont have one. The receptionist called and I will say something happened and I somehow got my daughters appointment wrong which is definitely my fault. So I asked if she could be seen at the same time my son's appointment was. She went and talked to the doctor and he unfortunately could not which is understandable. I said okay just let me reschedule. She said it will be a couple weeks out. I said I would like to be seen before they start school. She then got a attitude and said if you would've been on time today then you would be seen before school started. The reason I'm writing this review is more because I went online and they were available in a couple of days and she told me weeks. She was rude. I now made a new appointment for my kids at chambersburg. I'm so glad I made a choice to go to a different location. I heard such good things about the doctor here but the receptionist is going to be his main problem. Also my sister and her husband went in and the receptionist gave her a attitude as well. She said the doctor was amazing. But the receptionist gave her a attitude when she didn't want to get glasses there and didnt allow her to use her legal married name. She made her use her maiden name that was on the card. She also asked her to sign her name as her maiden name and she refused. Glad I got to experience the office before wasting my time going there.

My husband and I visited MyEyeDr. in Greencastle for my third visit in about five years. The staff are very welcoming and super friendly; the doctor I've seen each time is excellent. I see Dr. Jared Glacken. Thank you all for the great experience. We are looking forward to receiving our new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thank you again for making the experience so nice.

I recently visited Greencastle MyEye Dr. and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care services! Haley was extremely helpful!

Very good doctors and staff. Good prices on frames. The manager was very helpful and informative

New glasses were handed to me over the reception desk with no offer to check the fit. Decided to try them before leaving, so lopsided I couldn't see straight. After asking for them to be adjusted twice while still standing at the reception desk, I realized I'd be better off taking them to another location for a correct fitting.

I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. The entire team was incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the optometrist provided a thorough and clear explanation of my eye health. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. for their excellent service and care!
