The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I went to a private practice for years and this was a much better experience, especially with scheduling. I didn't need to use any paid time off for this appointment and I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars because my experience was so much better than that

Very pleased with frame selection. The eye exam and doctor were exceptional. Nadine helped us through the process and was a joy to work with. It is nice to have a knowledgeable person helping when buying glasses is so important

Dr. Orslene was warm, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease during the exam, and her attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor! The staff and opticians were friendly, helpful, and super efficient. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great team!

I had the best experience I've ever had going to an eye Dr. My past Dr. I'd sit for at least 15 minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time. Then I'd wait in the chair for the Dr. usually 15 more minutes. Then the drops they use took awhile to work then they never wore off till the next day. Driving home with dialated eyes was not good. It usually would take a good 2 hours till the visit was done. I was having trouble with my vision and it's hard to get an appointment and when you do its 9 weeks out. That didn't help me now. So I called Lenscrafters and they fit me in within 5 days. The appointment went so smoothly. I didn't have to wait at all.I walked in the door, and they got started right away. As soon as one part of the examine was over they moved me to the next part and there was no wait. Then the picture of my eyes instead of the drops was amazing. Worth the extra money. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Made me feel very comfortable, and I felt like I could trust them. The whole experience lasted only 50 minutes. My new perscribtion made such a huge difference. So glad I didn't wait 9 weeks. I will be going to lenscfaters from now on!

Dr Orslene has a nice personality and did a thorough exam. Eli was very informative when choosing my eyeglasses. I definitely would recommend visiting them if you need glasses!!
