Great customer service. They called about 15 minutes before my appointment just to make sure I was still going to make it there. Then they greeted me and were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't get the young woman's name that was assisting me with the eye exam but she was super cool. The doctor was engaging and wanting to see if I had any questions but she was very thorough and so I didn't have anything to ask really. Paul who I've met several times is super cool too. Very friendly and helpful. Great staff over there at that Visionworks!
I have been using eye glasses since 1998 and used different stores to buy my glasses in NYC. After my retirement I moved to PA and this is the first time I used Vision Works at Query Center in Haver Town to buy glasses in last summer both for my son and for myself. Price and service were satisfactory.
Couple of months ago I had a problem with the frames and I went to the store to have them fixed. Lady I spoke to was very welcoming and helped me to fix the frames without any cost. Since yesterday I noticed some issues with the frames again and today I went to the store again and the same lady welcomed me to the shop and fixed my glasses again with NO COST.
She was very nice, polite and welcoming.
Wonderful service!!!
I asked her name, and she said her name is Taylor Lucas.
Thanks Taylor Lucas for your wonderful service. Keep it up!!
WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!!!
Today I had my appointment, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at that clinic with Dr. Manpreet Bains. She was completely rude during my eye exam, changing the lenses too quickly, and I couldn't distinguish them properly. I had to ask her to slow down, which seemed to annoy her. She didn't treat me professionally at all, so I don't think I'll go back to her, nor would I recommend her. Then, when it came time to order the glasses and pay, the person who assisted me just wanted me to pay without giving me any details about what I was paying for. I reminded her that previously, before paying, they would explain the total amount and any additional prescription costs in detail. She also got annoyed, and I told her I had the right to know. I just want to pick up my glasses as soon as possible, and I'm sure I won't be going back to that clinic. I don't recommend them; they are unprofessional.
OCCURRED Jan 14 2026:
I am a first time customer and most assuredly it will be my LAST time I patronize your company. My son and I had ordered two pair of glasses (four in total). The cost was excessive - over $1,600. You do a lot of advertising about "with coupons" but intentionally fail to mention certain insurance criteria have to be met. Sort of like bait and switch tactics to get customers in store.... But most abhorrent is the following: we were exposed to very ,very bad customer service. I specifically ordered my two pair with a tent. I have extreme vision issues (blind in right eye) and developing cataract in left eye. Tint was a must. We arrived last evening to pick up the glasses and I see no tint on my two glasses. An extremely Unprofessional mgr rudely told me "you did not request tint." I know I did and was not about to argue with this female Neanderthal, mgr name Lisa. I felt embarrassed in midst of customers listening as she seemed to "correct" me when I told her I needed the tint. She loudly Said , "well I don't see it here in The order". Then I called and had husband get on phone and he offered that her store habitually provides bad customer service and poor products. He explained he had to return his glasses 3 times due to being out of focus and on one occasion there were finger prints all over lenses when returned to him. He believes they never sent to lab for correction. She blew us off saying nothing she could do. But she needed an additional. $75.00 for the tint. Husband got tired of trying to reason with her about employee's inability to process the initial order . Said he would communicate this with regional mgr or even dispute MY eyeglass charges only on his credit card.... It was a bad situation in deed. Also she got ignorant with my son when he politely asked if she could tighten the arms on one of his pair. Angrily said. "Well I'll try but not much I can do". Are you serious? You have hired this type of person? Training, basic customer service etiquette not a requirement at vision center? Every thing I typed here will be copied and posted to GOOGLE review, and in face book ,verbatim to warn good customers to avoid this place of business.
This has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. They processed the wrong insurance, requested unnecessary personal information, and left me waiting 45 minutes despite having an appointment. They promise to call back but don't, and it has now been four days (and counting) just to have a prescription emailed so I can order contact lenses--apparently only a manager can send it, and the manager isn't there every day.
When I try to get basic information, I'm met with gaslighting, and when I try to clarify, they hang up. It's incredibly unprofessional and reflects everything broken in healthcare today. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
***It would be helpful if the owner is working to resolve the issue to get me my vs. just apologizing.
I walked in and was greeted by an associate and directed to the correct area to find frames. When I was ready I went to another person who showed me where to go and sit while she explained the process. She made it happen smoothly. Very nice person.
Had an issue with my glasses, entire staff was very accommodating! Especially Janine! She went above and beyond! She has been there for years, always so friendly and professional!
I Went there and requested if they can fix my glasses. I requested if they could inform me asap if it can be fixed or not since I'm using it at work After 24 hrs didn't get any update and went there again after work just to be informed they could not fix it. Not the customer service I was expecting. The frame is just six months old and paid a lot for it to ensure it would last longer. Ordered contact lens that I never used. I wasted too much time money and effort
