The lady at the front desk is my hero! I owe her flowers and hugs! she saved my vacation when I lost my glass in ocean. Most importantly I was able to drive home 6 hours away. The doctor who i see she is super knowledgeable and they take my insurance so I think I am never going to leave as customer! Really the one lady that helps you try on glasses really only reason I won't go eles where she needs a raise!

I had in the past wrote a poor review which I deleted, worried I jumped to conclusions and perhaps there was a misunderstanding. Reconsidering this I went back in and, unfortunately, myself and friends/family still have had poor experiences. It's been a theme to wait an hour+ for a scheduled appointment for multiple people, different days, different times. My last visit an older gentlemen was reasonably upset as he had somewhere else to be, after waiting here an hour. There was no communication nor updates whilst people waited. I continued to wait and the male optometrist was just... condescending. I gave it another chance, and I am re-reviewing.

I held the door for a woman on the way in who didn't even say thank you - turns out she worked there! Receptionist was nasty, had an attitude and was condescending - not sure why she feels high and mighty sitting at a desk answering phones? She also kept pushing for my medical insurance despite already having my vision insurance - made sense later! It was almost like they wanted to see your medical coverage to suggest medical exams since they keep mentioning they have medical capabilities. Waited about half an hour past appointment time - seems like they overbook which clearly shows lack of respect for clients and their time. The Tech who did the exam was GREAT, Doctor was GREAT. Everyone else not so much they look miserable and act miserable. Glasses and coatings very expensive. Overall would go back because of the doctor but open to explore other places as well because the rest of the staff were not kind at all.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to speak with Samantha, the billing manager over a small balance due . She was condescending and rude , extremely unprofessional and unnecessary unpleasant. I will never return to that office . To speak in such an unprofessional manner to a client who spent close to $1500 at that office over a $15 balance is not only poor customer service but also a reflection of the entire office . I would advise anyone to find a practice where the patients are treated with respect and professionalism.

The most comprehensive eye exam I ever had through my vision care journey across lots of states. Super friendly and proficient staff, great conversation with Dr. Mike. They were able to answer all of my questions and were a great help with helping me understand the insurance options for lenses and frames that are for sure not easy to comprehend right away!

My first appt with them was wonderful. The wait time seemed a little long, but it was only because the Doctor was so thorough. She didn't rush or do the bare minimum. She was kind and knowledgeable. The other staff were courteous. No one pushed me into getting frames there, but they did suggest I could. The girl who helped made sure to give me multiple selections and even helped me pick ones I liked. It's a fantastic place to go.

This place runs like a well oiled machine. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the doctors are knowledgeable and friendly and never make you feel rushed. Even when I made it clear that I just needed a copy of my script, and I wasn't planning to buy frames or lenses from them, they were courteous, friendly, and clearly happy to have me as their customer. I'm really grateful to have such a high-quality optometrist office so close to home!

Lakeside Vision has got to be the best optometry option in the area. Super friendly staff, very thorough eye exams, and good pricing. I have followed recommendations from the doctors and now see better than I can remember, and having much better eye comfort after changing to recommended contact lenses. The girl that fits your glasses is the best, very helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.
