Absolutely love this place. The staff and doctor are amazing and super nice. They take time and don't rush. I love how they have a private room for you to pick your glasses. Waiting time is quick, you don't wait in the back long either. I've recommended them to numerous people. Its also a great plus they take My insurance.

You're not allowed to have your phone on you. Which seems ridiculous, because I have an infant daughter, for whatever reason, I need to be reachable. Also I called asking for an appointment for contacts, I go the day of my appointment. That's when I was told with my insurance (which I pay for) I would have to pay $200 for the fitting alone and (maybe) get reimbursed. That wouldn't include anything else. I when I told the woman at the desk no one mentioned this prior to my appointment, she said there were no notes as to that I wanted contacts. I told her I wouldn't be moving forward with the appointment, and that I wanted my paperwork back. So told me that I couldn't have my private information back and then I asked for her to black out my SSN, and begrudgingly she complied after rolling her eyes. Save yourself the hassle and find a different eye doctor.

Level of care seems adequate. Waiting room is made very unpleasant by the tv playing an obnoxious right wing propaganda news station. Who needs that garbage while waiting? If you MUST have a tv on, how about something pleasant and innocuous, like the cooking channel, or anything NON-political?
