Medical Optometry America - Horsham

These must all be fake reviews. This place is never open. They never answer calls and they never return calls. Completely frustrating the lengths people go to to establish a fake business. I get you people are supposed to be doctors and not business people but at least answer a call and/or return a call!

Dr.: Sherman is the best! I was suffering so much from dry eye syndrome, and my eyes now feel great. He utilizes all of the newest diagnostic and treatment options, and comes up with solutions that no other eye doctors (and I have been to too many!) offer. He is a great listener and a great practitioner. Super thorough! Office experience is really good and kudos to the whole team!

Dr. Sherman and his team were AMAZING! The most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Sherman was very patient in answering all my questions. I love knowing details, and he explained everything in terms I could grasp. No wait time/ delays from when I arrived at the office. Also HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying for dilation reversal at the end of the visit.... Saved me a few hours of not being able to work.

I came seeking a 3rd opinion for double vision. Absolutely loved Dr. Sherman and all of his staff. I would highly recommend. Full of knowledge, friendliness, and an overall understanding of how to be top notch! Thank you for being awesome and just what I needed. They say 3rd time is a charm.

Had an Emergency Appointment today, 6/10. I had the appointment in less than two Hours. A very pleasant experience with the Appointment Center Staff person. The Office was conveniently located and it was bright and clean and beautiful . The Receptionist was pleasant and greeted me right away. Hardly any wait time for my appointment. The technicians were professional and caring. Doctor Sherman was professional and caring and diagnosed by eye problem right away and explained everything to me. I was very impressed by the friendly attitude of all. Every step of my appointment was wonderful. Thank you all for an excellent appointment.

Dr. Sherman and staff are wonderful! I have had a few appointments with them over the last year and each one is better than the last. Their staff has not changed over the last year which is really nice to see familiar faces and feel welcomed by a team who recognises you back! Steve at the front desk is super friendly and knowledgeable, he handles all inquiries super fast! Dr. Sherman is compassionate and friendly, he is a an eye enthusiast and gives explanations that are through and in "layman's" terms, making sure you know exactly what to expect. I've had no issues with insurance or billing, everything has been straight forward. Any extra charges/services offered are discussed clearly and consented to before they are done which is refreshing to get the choice and know upfront what if any additional costs there will be. Really love this practice, and it seems like the crew there really loves it too!

The doctor and the two assistant/staff all very professional and very friendly with high quality services. No pushing me in and rushing me out at all!!! Taking time to listen to the patient where is being suffered from and then provided every detailed answer/explanation where ever and what ever they can. The entire clinic is well equipped with all necessary updated instrumentations.

I'm a new patient, and I was trying to schedule an appointment, the front desk was so rude and not professional! She goes I'm gonna hang up! Can you call me later?! When I told her I can't I'm at work she goes I can't im at work too!!!! She makes me feel that I came to her house and I'm interrupting her when she's working!!! So I decided to not go there! The title says it all!
