I called Eye Deals yesterday, my daughter failed her vision test for her permit. She was heartbroken she couldn't get it for her 16th birthday. Spent the morning calling everyone, for everyone to tell me they are booked until May and June. I called Andy praying for a miracle, I explained the situation. He explained he is not a eye doctor, but he can get her in glasses if we can get the rx. Told me where to call to get next day appointment and ensured me he could send her home with glasses. As I type this review up, my husband and daughter sit in his wait room while he works hard to put her glasses together. I will recommend Andy to everyone. Such a kind person, who truly cares about the people who need his help. Thank you so much for helping to make her birthday (belated but better late than never) wish come true.

Andy is a life saver! My frames broke on Friday and I NEED my glasses to work. I googled frames near me and found Eye-Deals was only 10 minutes away! I had never heard of it before. I called the number and Andy got me in an hour later. On a Sunday, 1:00pm. He found me perfect frames, took great care to put my lenses in, and after all that he only charged me $25!!!!! My experience today was great. Andy was able To take my old lenses ( I sat and broke my old frames) and put them in another frame for a price I couldn't beat! No other place was willing to help me out and use my frames and put into another frame so I could see today and not wait till new frames came in! I can see now with the help of Andy! He was very flexible with his time and I ABSOLUTELY loved his selection of glasses. The antique section was the best !! Frames from the 30s- 70s! They were so fun and unique ! The other frame options were great ! I highly recommend goin and visiting for prices you can't beat ! And Andy was very nice . I'll def be back for more frames !!

Over the years I have been less and less happy with my eyeglasses. These days, it seems if you don't spend excessive money to purchase the glasses direct from your eye doctor, your written prescription will often not be quite right when you leave his office. So you end up with either high priced glasses or reasonable priced glasses that do not give you the correct adjustment. Then you find yourself without recourse. The doctor blames the glasses maker who, in turn blames the prescription. Andy at Eye-Deals is a whole new option. An optician with decades of experience, He spends lots of time with you, comparing your prescription to what his own measurements reflect. If there are contradictions he will contact your doctor and get it all straightened out before cutting the lenses. I am very happy with my glasses from Andy: the adjustment, the re-measuring services he provides, the price, and the selection he offers. The amount of time Andy spends with clients is unheard of in these days; when Eye Doctors typically see twenty or thirty patients per day, Andy spent almost an hour helping me select two pairs of glasses, rechecking, remeasuring, and insuring that I understood the materials options. When he called (three days earlier than he had estimated) to say the glasses were ready, he spent another 45 minutes adjusting the frames and testing my vision with the new lenses. Finally, the finishing touches on his glasses are a craftmanship from a much earlier time gone by. For one example, I wear thick lenses. Typically the edges of the lenses are not polished completely but are left in a rough finish, making it very easy to see how thick the glasses really are. Andy cut the lenses and then fit them to the frame and then polished the edges to a crystal clear finish. This made my thick wire frames look much thinner. He considered that just a part of the service. Well, thank you, Andy, for that kind of service. I will be returning to Eye Deals for my next glasses and recommending you to anyone I know who wears glasses.

I have bought many pairs of glasses for my daughter and my wife from andy who is the optician there. his prices are better than Walmart or anywhere around in Huntingdon County. He has them ready in a couple days and I am very pleased with his work

My oldest and youngest daughter needed glasses and my youngest was being difficult and Andy handled it perfectly by making sure she had got a frame that she liked! I highly recommend their services!
