Allegheny West Eye Care

First time today at Allegheny West Eye Carewith Dr. Bodo. She gave me a thorough eye exam and explained everything that she was doing. I have found my new Eye doctor. Loved my experience there. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you, Allegheny West Eye Care.

First time patient transferring from another doctor. Everyone very pleasant and welcoming. Very thorough exam and explanation of results. I was able to have my questions answered and answers explained so I would understand. Highly satisfied of my choice of picking this practice. Very pleased

This was my first appointment and it was an emergency appointment. They were absolutely amazing. I didn't sit and wait forever. Dr. Quinn's son is great. This is my new eye doctor. Then I went back and few weeks later for my new glasses. Everyone is absolutely great. My new eye doctor for sure

My regular doctor was called to the hospital for emergency eye surgery. He had to perform so I got Dr. Quinn's son. He was extremely thorough and explained every single thing he was doing and how my eye exam was going. I cannot say enough kind words about him. For a 13-year-old young man, he sure is a great doctor. LOL

I've been going to Dr. Quinn for many years and they've always exceeded my expectations. They bend over backwards to help. One of the main things I like is that the doctor shoots it straight. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and then proceeds to go over options. Once that is settled, his staff, whether it's helping me choose glasses, or just trying to schedule me in at a mutually convenient time, they are professional and more than helpful. Pick and roll!

Had an appointment at 2:15. Showed up at 2:15. I was told appointment was at 2, did I not get my text message. If I did get it I would have called since I don't get off work til 2. The receptionist with NO PERSONALITY check to see if I could still be seen. Was told to reschedule. I told her I'll take my business elsewhere with her great personality (LOL). Said ok. I will take my family elsewhere that appreciates our business. The best part they had my husband at 2:15 and me at 2. He was already there so why not take him for 2 and me at 2:15. You made my point exactly from your response. Yes my husband was already there so you can easily taken him for 2 and myself at 2:15. Instead your business only cares an about a text message. How pathetic. Even your co- worker agreed. No false information was provided only facts. You should only apologize if being sincere.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. From setting up the appointment to making sure all of my concerns and needs were meet for my new glasses! The doctor was very professional and patient with the eye testing to make sure I got the right prescription for my needs!

All staff members are polite and professional! Dr. Quinn is considerate, smart, and kind! I had a thorough examination of my eyes with all of my concerns addressed.
