I have usfule experince first but thanks to manager i got good help and support ,I needed urgently new glasses as I lost the old one. But when I got the glasses After a day I went back cuase it was not good and different for close and far distance. I met the manager and she was amazing person to listen and asked exact question to remake it. Thanks

Dr Hudson and the woman who took the eyeball pictures were awesome! I have an eye doctor i like but just wanted to grab glasses and they have the ones i liked so i went there. Will now be going there for my contacts as well. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Went in to get the bridge of my glasses fixed and was very pleased with the service here. Everyone was welcoming upon entry. Trey got me situated and resolved the problem of the screws for the bridge on my glasses.

my experience at lenscrafters was outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. My pretesting with Bastian was very impressive quick and efficient. The doctor was amazing, very cool, very smart. After my exam, which left me full of confidence in this team, I didn't end up spending nearly as much as i thought i would. Thank you lenscrafters!!!!

I have a new insurance provider that partners with Lens Crafters to provide optical services and in-network pricing to their clients. I went to the Jenkintown store and oh my goodness, I have never had such an awesome and fun experience purchasing glasses!! Kelsey is a pleasure to work with and on my first visit she took lots of time to help me select and fit a great pair of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. We literally went through over a dozen styles to select the best glasses for me. I also appreciate Kelsey selecting glasses with various price point options for me to choose from. My prescription includes executive trifocal lenses, so the lab needed a couple of tries to get it done correctly. Although the process to make the revisions was a bit time consuming, it was worth the wait. Kelsey and her colleague Cezanne worked with me to make sure both pair of glasses were perfect. Guy was also helpful with providing information and options available for the kind of lenses I require. I absolutely LOVE my eyeglasses and sunglasses! To be sure, Lens Crafters is now my go to and favorite eyeglass company! I highly recommend this company - without any hesitation, you won't be disappointed!!!!

My glasses were stretched out and I spent close to 2 hours at the place I purchased them who told me they couldn't fix them. Bastien (hopefully I spelled it correctly) fixed them and it took him less than 5 minutes. He was very nice and told me if it happened again to feel free to bring them back. I think when it's time for me to purchase another pair of glasses I may come here instead.

Walked in and there were a few people there but the staff right away assisted me and made sure I understood the differences in the glasses as well as making sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The entire staff there on that day was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant.

My glasses (that were not bought at this lenscrafters) were not fitting properly. I was greeted immediately entering the store and then was not charged for the adjustment. I was helped by a gentleman named Guy and I have to say his customer service was excellent
