Ganly Vision Care

It was a Sunday, hours before a snowstorm and I had something stuck in my eye. I called Dr. Ganly, he texted me quickly that he was away on vacation, but that he had reached out to his associate Dr. Chilla. She followed up quickly, asked for a picture, then said "let's get that out, can you meet me at the office (in 20 minutes)?". On a Sunday. The snowstorm had started. She was amazing. We were in and out of the office in 8 minutes, object removed - painless and easy. I was just so very grateful that she was willing to take the time to help me. This is an exceptional practice that truly prioritizes patients. Thanks again!

I was a walk in yesterday. Metal in my eye. The Dr on scene Dr Ganly was seeing a patient and had to leave right away for a flight. Not only did he take his time he didn't have to see me he risked missing his flight. He found the metal. Removed it and wrote my script for eye drops. Made sure I understood everything before leaving. Then today from across the country got my phone number from his office to call and follow up to ensure I was doing well. His staff was stellar as well. This is customer service at its absolute finest and should be a template for how treating one's clients would look like. As a blue collar person I tend to avoid medical assistance as I flat out don't take time. But an experience like this not only made me feel cared for but changes my thoughts on some of the things I avoid in life because I'm "too busy". As far as I'm concerned this is the only optometrist in the world. Class act all the way. Thank you so very much.

Amazing experience with Dr. Ganly! He spent real time understanding my needs and recommended computer glasses I didn't even know existed. They've completely changed my workday -- now I don't want to wear anything else at my computer. Highly recommend!

I am a physician and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ganly and GVC. I had to change eye care due to insurance for a few years and went back to Dr. Ganly even though had to pay out-of-pocket due to his A++ care. He is a rarity these days- knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and spends quality time with each of his patients. He and his team are absolutely THE BEST in the entire area.

He is very informative and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in lay person language so you can understand and make an informed decision about next steps. I had an eye emergency the day after Thanksgiving early in the morning and Dr. Ganley responded immediately. I was instructed on what to do and to call back if my eye did not responded to my at home treatment. Luckily I did not need to make a call, but Dr. Ganly called and checked on me later in the day, thankfully all was good. The Dr's and staff at this practice are phenomenal, caring, concerned, and highly professional. Thank you for your true care and concern for your patients.

Very professional, Informative. Came back for my second pair of glasses after one year and my experience was amazing. I'm one hour away and is worth the drive. Love this place and the staff is amazing.

Dr Ganly and his staff has treated me and my family for several years now. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Everyone is so thorough and skilled.
