America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I don't often write reviews but Americas Best in Lebanon PA offers excellent care from beginning to end. I was treated with respect and professionalism by each knowledgeable staff member during my visit. Kelly welcomed me when I walked in and guided me as a first time client through out my visit. Dr. Amanda examined me and expertly answered my questions. Karen spent time helping me pick out the best glasses to suit my lifestyle and to ensure I was happy with my selection. The personalized service that I experience there exceeded my expectations. The prices are also affordable with a great selection of frames. I highly recommend them.

I visited the store on the 4th of December the eye exam went well the doctor was professional and attentive. The selections of frames were good. The glasses were scheduled for pick up on the 17th. I arrived on the 18th after receiving notification glasses were ready for pick up. When I arrived my glasses were not there, and my account status said they were picked up, the assistant said they had to talk to the manager and would contact me. The next day my account showed my glasses were reordered there was no call back from the store with an explanation of what happened to my glasses. I finally received a text on the 30th for pickup. When I arrived I was greeted and seated while the associate was helping another customer. 2 more customers came in and received their glasses until I was waited on. I will not be returning or recommending American Best for eye glasses.

I visited Americans Best Lebanon, Pa location last evening and my visit was fabulous. From the minute I walked in the door. Karen was very warm and pleasant. Dr Miller was very attentive and explained everything in detail. I'm not sure of the ladies name who did my testing before I seen the doctor. She had blonde hair. She was fabulous. She was so nice and patient with me and with my father who also had an appointment.. Then to finish up our visit, we were dealing with Isaiah. He was helping my father make his purchase and my father is a 72-year-old man who doesn't understand a lot of things and Isaiah was so kind and patient with him. He did not rush him at all, I just it was overall the best experience that I've ever had at an America's best facility.

My first time going to America's Best. I've worn glasses most of my life, so I have been to many places. I was impressed by the genuine friendliness and wonderful customer service. From the receptionist, to the Dr, to Isaiah who helped me with my order, I had a great experience. Went to pick up my glasses today and was once again treated like I was important and the customer sevice was amazing! Thank you for a stress free and wonderful experience. I WILL be returning.

I got an appointment on saturday, I arrived a little bit early, but I didnt need to wait. Everyone was so nice and professional. I wish they would have more styles of glasses. But in general it was a great experience.

Was not informed that you have to have your follow up within a certain time or you have to pay for a whole new eye exam. I don't wear contacts often so I was t in a rush. Anything to get more money out of you. My daughter bought glasses that broke within a month or two of having them while the ones she bought through an online discount eyewear site are holding up superior to the one's purchased at America's Best.

This was my first visit to Americas Best and it was very good. Karen was exceptionally kind and helpful explaining all my options. I will certainly do a return visit when needed.

I don't know why that one person said it was the worst experience for them because I had a GREAT experience and so did everyone I have talked to about the Lebanon PA location. I HIGHLY recommend them if you have a need for eye health services. It was very easy and everyone was so personable. Even the remote doctor interface (like a ZOOM meeting) was pleasant and I thought that was ingenuity at its best. Thank you Lebanon team!
