I stopped in the other day to check out frames I previously purchased glasses from the Harrisburg store. While there the manager approached me regarding purchasing glasses. She was very helpful. I was impressed by her knowledge of the industry. I will definitely go back in the beginning of the year when my insurance renewes.

I cannot rate this lower or I would. I went in for new glasses on Monday, and at the time the staff was courteous. The doctor was very good and even squeezed in my eye exam. The problem came afterword. Ashley (the person who was working the office at the time) had said that my glasses would be in on Tuesday. She then called our house a few moments later to tell us that she forgot to bill for the doctor. Tuesday comes and nothing. I call down to see if they arrived only to be told by a different person that they take 1-2 days. I was fine with this. On Wednesday however when we went to pay the amount that she forgot to charge us. Only to be told that she had not processed our order correctly, and that she would be unable to process it today because "They didn't have any internet". The level of incompetence in this Ashley person is staggering. Stay away from this place. Nothing but disappointment.

I had gotten my glasses in July. I had asked for non-glare just like my previous glasses. The older lady took care of me and when I received my new glasses and there was glare. 3 months later and I now have my new glasses WITH glare. The staff here gave me such a hard time running back and forth, when the lady at the counter messed up my order in the first place!! WILL NEVER GO BACK

Christine at Lebanon Boscovs optical was incredible, very professional and kind and I'm so glad I stopped, she was able to help me choose frames and took the time to make me feel confident THANK YOU SO MUCH Christine!

The doctor was great but the lady in the front was very rude and inconsiderate. She was very unwilling to help me look at frames and find some in my price range.I do not appreciate her glares and comments because my 2 year old niece was crying.

I'll never go again.
