The front desk staff are very friendly, and the office itself is clean and welcoming. The doctors were okay during our visit. My main concern is the limited selection of glasses for kids. I was shopping for a 9-year-old and an 11-year-old, and this has not been our first experience with this issue. Every time we visit, there are little to no frames that properly fit their faces, the options are usually either too big or too small. When I asked for help determining which frames would work best for a child's face, the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and weren't very helpful. I think additional training on fitting children's frames would make a big difference. I also wish they would recommend their Palmyra location when the Lebanon office doesn't have suitable options in stock. That would make the experience much more helpful for parents. I think this will help this office a lot more.

Got to this location at 4 PM because they are only supposed to close at five. Had to pick up my daughter's glasses and they were already closed !! All the employees were still sitting inside lights on and everything. Even got a dirty look from one of the girls. Uncalled for an unprofessional

I was suggested to try this place out by a friend since our vision insurance changed. My son and I went in for our first appointment on December 16th. The receptionists were very unprofessional, but I looked past it. The doctor was very nice, and informed me that my son would need glasses. We chose the frames and waited for someone to finish the process, but all of the receptionists were too busy socializing to pay us any mind. We were told that it usually takes a week to get the glasses in, but because of the upcoming holiday season it would probably take two weeks. I was informed that I would receive a text when the arrived. Three weeks went by with no word, so I called them on Friday, the 10th. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, while the phone kept re-ringing. The line finally dropped and so I called back. I told the lady that I'd been on hold and she rudely asked who I was and who I was talking to. I said I didn't know her name since she didn't name herself and that she told me she was checking my son's glasses tray. It turns out that they got lost in the mail. They told me that they would resubmit the order. I said that it would've been nice to have been informed about this considering we'd been waiting so long already, and she said okay bye! Fast forward to a week and my husband called in to see if they were in. The lady said that it was so weird but they must've been lost in the mail and they would call the lab to see where they are! So now we're into a month's wait. The best part is that for our benefits refund, we have to rely on the receptionist to contact our insurance to reinstate our benefits so that my 6 year old can be able to see :) So fun! I highly recommend not going here.

Disappointing experience in this locale. I've been waiting for prescribed reading glasses for a little over month now, but the saddest part is that everytime I call their response is "It'll be here next week" and next week never comes. And all because of someone not being careful assembling the glasses broke the frame. The staff is professional and friendly though.

I went to Coral family eye care to see if they could fix my glasses for me but they were not able to so I asked if they took my health insurance and they checked and said that they accept my type of health insurance so I made an appointment for April 14th 2025 at 9 am while I was there I had the opportunity to get to know most of the staff and I was totally amazed by their professionalism and the honest respect they showed me and we laughed and I told them a little bit about who I am and what I do such as writing and writing reviews for Google map for points only but I made them a promise that I would do a review on their business and I think they are so beautiful people with so much kindness and hospitality towards the clients that go there and I wish Coral family eye care all the great success anyone deserves and those staff members and they are the most beautiful female staff members and I am looking forward to my appointment so I can get to see and talk to those amazing women

This specific eye care establishment is a swing & a miss most of the time, though it does have some positives. I've gone here 2 years, and this year will be my 3rd time going. For the most part the staff is super friendly and the establishment is very clean. They have a ok variety of glasses. They lack bigger lense glasses on such a high tier. But the one thing I never understand is who works on adding the lenses to glasses... Every single year that I've gone I have taken my own pair of frames and they break them. The one year I did have to freak out and they had me pick from the same designer and the frames where completely on them. The second time there was no fixing or anything, they simply stated "oh, well you can pick a free pair that your insurance covers". Then I had the issue where I was in almost daily because the pair they gave me the lenses kept popping out. But no matter how many times I asked for a fixing they just kept telling me there was nothing that can be done or they're out of warranty. I ended up getting frustrated and just asking for my script and finding glasses elsewhere. This year I am giving them another try as I do like the staffing there. I just hope they don't break my frames AGAIN.

I don't understand these "fake" reviews ... I went in today for contacts and glasses, the visit was awesome from start to finish, highly recommended from the precare, eye exam and conversation with the specialists up front on options, brands and styles. Covid did no favors to businesses, but they did me right and upfront ... I'll be back and will recommend anyone in the area checks them out for eye care.

They are amazing really nice staffs this place was the only ones that found out my daughter had fluid behind and around the nerve area also told me my other daughter had problems with her eyes thanks to them they saw a doctor for it and they the ones that called a specialist. I really appreciate them and really recommend them
