I'm Latina, and I loved that place. The service was superb. I don't speak much English, but I can get by with the little English I do. Upon leaving, the lady greeted me by name. I loved the service. Plus, the review was 100%. The last time I was at Sam's, and they didn't check me out as much as they did here. I highly recommend this place.

Paid for my contacts and eye exam at the price they specified, show up to pick contacts up and they said I owe another $175. Was never mentioned this after initial purchase. Very shady practice. Do not recommend.

I haven't been here in over 3 years due to relocating out of state but now that I'm back I've noticed some change and it's even better than before. I can honestly say that EVERYONE! is on their "A" game with courtesy and professionalism. I've dealt with the rest before, and glad to come back to the best.

Billing is all messed, I would steer clear of this place. They claimed they did the glasses and contact exam for my daughter at the same time but want to charge separately and she never even received the contacts. If that was the case, why weren't we notified as such before hand? I'll be reporting to insurance and the BBB, great way to lose a whole family of customers.
My daughters glasses also were not fitted properly and she was rushed after the lady couldn't get them adjusted 5 times to where it's not rubbing hard against the one side of her face.

In response to the owners reply: my daughter and wife were patients, but won't be coming back. Next time try and take some responsibility for this office's BS!
There's a good reason you want to stay away from franchise locations like eyeland. Mind you, this is the same company who had to pay Medicaid over $130k for fraud.
We've received additional invoices after complaining about service/billing. Including a charge for a lens coating we've never agreed to and have never used before.
Unless you want a headache to go along with your eye care, go to one of the many other reputable eye care centers around the area.

I'm usually in and out super quick for my eye exam which is nice & the one girl who works up front (Nicki) is amazing with helping to find glasses. She ran to the back and pulled two pairs of glasses out for me to try on and I liked one of them right away with no hesitation. She was a huge help & very nice!
