I have been going to Lebanon Eye Care since I moved to the area back in 2009. I wouldn't choose another provider. Dr. Eder is kind and caring. The staff always helps me find the best frames that fit me and within my budget with my insurance coverage. Everyone is so nice and friendly every time I need an adjustment. I have never had a negative experience and they do amazing work!

My family and I have been going to this full service optometrist for years. We have only had great experiences here. They were always able to fix anything we have done to our glasses in the course of living. They even took care of me when my puppy chewed on my glasses. I really like the staff and I would recommend highly.

The receptionist is rude and ignorant. Denied to allow me to self pay because my insurance is government assistance. She tried to tell me they might take my insurance if I paid for my exam out of pocket, which isn't true at all. Also denied me a diabetic eye exam even though I am in fact, diabetic and they do take my insurance for those exams. Then hung up rudely like I insulted her when I said if I can't self pay they can't help me.

Was at this office for the first time about 2 weeks ago and it was an awesome experience all around. The doctor was extremely nice and patient with me. The front desk was very friendly and kind. I spoke on the phone a few times and ordered contacts through them over the phone and they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. I am glad I gave this office a shot and have been most pleased with the service I received. I almost let a few of these reviews deter me from even going to this appointment but I am sure glad that I gave them a shot as my experience could not have been better here and exceeded my expectations greatly.

I called to make appointments for my kids, a girl named Jennifer answered the phone. She is as miserable as they come!!! She sounds like she hates her job, so unpleasant and has no customer service skills what so ever! She got irritated with me when the days she had appointments weren't working with my schedule. I could here the attitude in her voice as if she was so annoyed she had to look for different dates for appointments. Isnt this your job? when she finally scheduled appointments for my kids, she reviewed the dates and hung up immediately, not even a good bye. This girl needs to be canned!! absolutely unacceptable

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you will be treated with basic professionalism. I dreaded every time I had to call or go in for an appointment because the various front desk staff were always unreasonably rude. Dr. Eder had poor bedside manner. I was so uncomfortable by his irritable demeanor and remarks. I could not believe a healthcare provider would ever treat a patient in such a manner, or allow their front desk to treat patients so poorly. Overall, a very unprofessional experience and definitely the worst healthcare appointment I have ever had.

I got a referral from my doctor waited two weeks for the appointment to come went to the appointment and the lady immediately said we only take half of those insurance. Let me see if you're one of them so they did this after I waited two weeks for an appointment and showed up for the appointment then she decided it was important enough to check and see if I'm covered Total waste of two weeks I could be through the process already, but I have to start over They should probably check that when they schedule the appointment it would make for a lot less angry customers

Started coming here as a child and now my children are coming here as adults. Staff up front are miserable for NO reason! Doctors were the only reason I stayed here, but not anymore. I can't believe the providers allow their front staff to treat their patients like this. I will NOT return.
