I asked if I can get and eye exam the guy there tells me the doctor is on maternity leave and then just stared at me didn't tell me when they would have a doctor available or when the doctor is coming back

5 month review. overall, a good experience, one downside. However, was I selected glasses that have flexible nose pieces and I don't believe I was properly measured. It took three visits to get it just right. Had trouble finding that sweet spot and I wear bifocals. Nikon lenses are worth the money, they are clear easy to clean. I recommend finding glasses or frames that do not have a logo embedded in the end of the earpiece that can cause some irritation. Overall, a competitive price with other prescription dealers.

I highly recommend making an appointment here. The customer service was extraordinary. Sandy taught me how to take care of my contacts and was so patient and kind. I was blown away by how she took the time to explain everything so throughly. Shawn kept me informed and was very friendly through my check in and out. Even went the extra mile and got me somthing to put my glasses in so, they were protected while I was enjoyed my first time wearing contacts. I really felt cared for. have been to the store 2 times, the first for the exam and to see the frames so far everything is fine when it comes to choosing the frame the old lady came to me and explains to me I choose the first frame she tells me they cannot be made in glasses the 2nd The same thing cannot be done with glasses the 3rd time the same thing 6 times the same thing today I'm going to bring my glasses and my glasses that are glasses made at Walmart also the same thing I think the Mrs. has a real problem with Latinos, next time I'm going to record it and put it on all the social networks so that she can be embarrassed.
