Eye Center of Lancaster County

very disappointed, saw the doctor almost 2 months ago. still no glasses, the lab broke the lens and they had to repair. Never received a call explaining what was going on. got a message they were ready for pickup at the leola office, but wait for a call. really people, now lancaster office tells me they are in the leola office for pickup, and i have gone 3 times and they are closed. just now call 7/7 12:20pm, a recording picks up and says office will open at 1:30 when when their hours say online open at 9am. this is very upsetting. when and if i get my glasses i wonder if they will fit and i can see out of them. do not recommend.

On Monday, May 9, I stopped in to have my glasses straightened. They were in very bad shape. The office was closed because they were on their 1.5 lunch break. The person that met me at the door said they could not help me because they were on their lunch break. I have been a patient of theirs for over 11 years. Really lacking good customer service.

Kind staff, clean office. Doctor was friendly and communicative. Registration/front office staff were efficient and polite. Exam was thorough. The hours for this location, including the lunch break times, are posted publicly on Google and on their website.

Worst eye center ever, they charge us after the visit but didn't tell us what's it for, then send us the bill told us the charge after the visit was not for copay (how should we know $20 is not for copay), I called ask what's going on because my secondary insurance should cover the rest, now they are saying they don't do secondary insurance after almost two years, there's nothing they can do. I'll never go back to this place.

Best eye doctor ever. Very thorough. Does all the health exams of your eye too. No need to go to a specialist . Great office personnel too

Always courteous and polite. Dr. Schwarz is great!
