This eyeglass store has been around a long time. It's always been on Valley Street for as long as I can remember however it has changed building locations from where it first started on the same street/block, but the service has always been impeccable. Professional Dr and staff. They gladly assist you in helping you find the right glasses for your face and ensure that they are the proper fit. Once you purchase your glasses at Watson's they will tighten them if needed or they offer in house repairs when at all possible. They really make you feel like you are an important special customer. They also can offer initial appointments for Contact Lenses. When you order glasses from them, they usually arrive in about a week. Handicapped accessible and private parking for their customers too! Next time you are shopping for your next pair of glasses, stop in, take a look around, try on as many pairs as you like, they will have you put them somewhere so that each and every pair you try on will be cleaned and put back in their place by one of their knowledgeable dedicated employees!

10/10 service! Went in to see about getting my glasses reframed and they helped me find a replacement frame and fixed my glasses very quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Watson's Optical for your glasses needs!!

I had stepped on my glasses and they took them and fixed the frames, re-oriented the lenses and now I can see. Very nice and professional. We'll be going back!!

Called an made an appointment told them what kind of insurance I had an they said they took it just for examination not for glasses. I said that's fine an made an appointment. 1 day before appointment they called an canceled it said they didn't take my insurance. That was fine but when I said when I called they said they took it. They asked who I had it thru I said Medicaid they said no they didn't take it . They thought I was on relief. They didn't even say they were sorry for the inconvenience but instead acted like I shouldn't have even been calling them in the first place. I'm sorry but you don't people that way I don't care how good your work is. I've worked hard all my life an I'm now 63 an just got disability I don't deserve to be treated that way nobody does l guess when your better than everybody else it's ok. Very disappointed.

Watson's is the best place I've been to for my vision. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Doctor Spriggle is excellent. They have a nice selection of glasses.
