Had a very good experience! Always nervous having my eyes checked but Chloe was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease and Dr. Jon was able to give me good insight into my issues. Very knowledgeable. I can't wait for my new glasses! Everyone there was great and I'm happy to have found a friendly place where I feel good going. Highly recommend!

I went there for a routine eye exam, since I only have very minor issues, nothing major. Appointment ahead of me was a little late, so the doctor took me in early. Unluckily the late comer arrived, and I was rushed super fast thru the whole examination process. Not sure if the doctor was even doing their job or pretending to. I only needed a routine exam and possibly reading glasses but was made to take the fundiscopy etc which was totally unnecessary. The new doctors who run this place are very unprofessional, and I don't trust them anymore.Not going back. Dr Griffin was very thorough but the new docs are running an Insurance Mill.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Appointment Cancellation Dear Dr. Griffen's Office, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an appointment I had scheduled with Dr. Charle Griffen on May 16, 2025, via Zocdoc. We arrived at your office at 270 Lancaster Ave, Ste F-1, Malvern, PA, 30 minutes early for our appointment, only to be informed that there was a problem with Zocdoc and that our appointment was not available. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering we had driven for an hour to get there. The lack of communication regarding the status of our appointment is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the overall experience. I expected better service, and I will not be recommending your practice to others based on this experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues with Zocdoc to prevent future occurrences. Sincerely, Lina

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I've received at Fab Eye Care. Having struggled with vision issues for over 40 years, I faced an additional challenge with dry eyes due to Sjogren's Syndrome as I got older. Dr. Jon and Dr. Barry have shown not only remarkable diagnostic skills but also genuine compassion in helping me find comfort for my eyes. About a year ago, I began the journey to address my cataracts with Dr. Lewis, and I can't express how FABulously transformative that experience has been! I opted for light adjustable lens implants to correct my near and far sightedness. I had been reliant on trifocal progressive glasses for so long, so it was nothing short of a miracle to discover that I no longer need glasses at all. I can even read without corrective lenses! While I occasionally use over-the-counter glasses for extra help when my eyes feel tired or in dim lighting, the freedom I feel now is incredible. It is such a comfort to be cared for by doctors who are not only knowledgeable about the latest advancements in eye care but also truly dedicated to their patients' well-being. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my life!

I had a pain in my right eye and Dr. Fabriziani was able to diagnose the issue quickly and give me medication to treat the ailment. My eye felt better shortly thereafter. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Fab and his team!

I have been a satisfied patient with Dr Charles Griffen for the past ten years. Last week I had an eye emergency while leaving work. Fortunately I was close to his office and called in. The receptionists were professional and assured me that I could be handled promptly without a scheduled appointment. I was treated by Dr. Jon at Fab Eye Care. I quickly learned why they call him Dr. Fabulous. His treatment solved my problem and I look forward to receiving the great care provided by Fab Eye Care in the future.
