I do not recommend at all. This place is an assembly line more concerned about sales than providing actual care in my opinion. They convinced me to take a "virtual" exam when calling for appointment despite me questioning the accuracy. Then they upsold me to a $500 (with insurance!) pair of bifocal, anti-glare glasses. It was like buying a car where they kept selling me add on options as the order was being written. The glasses made my visions 10x worse. They kept telling me it takes time to adjust but never took the time to explain or help me understand if I was doing anything incorrectly. Weeks later after demanding an actual in person exam with the doctor, I'm told glasses were all wrong. 2nd pair was no better. I again tried wearing them for several weeks but distance vision was so bad I couldn't wear them walking or driving and actually tripped and fell once due to the horrible depth perception. So after several visits I have a $500 pair of reading glasses because that's all they are good for. I won't go back.

Same day sunglasses lens replacement on some designer frames i've had for a while the rep Brody was very knowledgeable and professional! Drove an hour to get here and i'm happy I did. Great quality lenses that are polarized and look incredible. I recommend Optical for all of your vision needs!

Turns out I had a rust ring develop in my eye from a small piece of metal that a separate urgent care took out five days prior. These guys saw me same day and had the doctor remove the rust ring. Staff was very nice and so was the doctor. Thank you for helping me out!

I had to come here because the frames were here and not at the newton location. Drove up here and was pleasantly surprised upon the cleanliness. Very similar to the newton location. Angelina was who helped me and knew exactly why I was coming. She was the best. Very knowledgeable about her craft as I noticed a bit of passion behind her words. Im very happy that she is part of this team...I had a great experience and it was a bit of an emergency for me as my frames broke...thanks

After three separate visits and paying $180 for a contact lens exam, the office was unable to provide a valid prescription. Despite providing my current contact lens prescription at my first appointment, that information was not shared with the doctor. The remote exam results were inaccurate and unusable.
The company ultimately cancelled my appointment and informed me that they would not be attempting to complete the prescription because they were unable to determine the correct lenses. Throughout this process, the manager's conduct was unprofessional and dismissive.
This experience has resulted in over a month of wasted time, unnecessary expense, and significant frustration. The lack of communication, coordination, and professionalism is concerning and falls far below expected standards of patient care.
I would strongly encourage others to review patient feedback carefully before choosing this provider.
