I actually met all 3 of the Dr. Hess's! I liked them all! They are all very friendly (staff included) ...made me feel at home and at ease. Very thorough eye exam and I was offered different contacts to try before buying. Also very good with my teenage daughter....helped her pick out stylish glasses! Our new family eye doctor! I highly recommend!
