Could not be happier with my experience as a patient here! In fact, I wish I would have found them sooner because I feel like my eye health and vision is in really good hands. The doctor wasn't pushy on any particular eye products, took the time to really adjust and do a thorough exam for my vision, and had a great recommendation for a contact lens based off the good questions she asked me. Excellent experience!

My appointment was yesterday. I arrived late. They took me in any way, the eye exam went very smoothly. Well educated and personable women to work with. The doctor herself was amazing. Told me so many things I did not know about my eyes, and made the whole thing easy and smooth. Choosing my glasses is never easy for me. But the girl that helped me there helped me with the selection that best fit my face and features. She was helpfully suggestive, but not pushy. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

The atmosphere was dead and dull. No warm welcome when you walk in. The three ladies at a desk direct you to a hallway waiting area with four chairs. Your pushed like cattle through stations. The employees all seems depressed and that they hated their jobs. The exam was pleasant and all my questions were answered. After I was fitted with glasses by an employee who also was not caring. She repeated herself often about the type of glasses that were the cheapest. She answered my questions with an attitude. I really wanted to leave with just an exam. For 250 cash no Insurance coverage. I felt robbed. 104 for an exam. The rest for 1 pair of glasses that I have to wait for. Worst customer experience when getting glasses.

The doctor was absolutely fantastic, kind, light hearted, funny. Quickest and most simple exam I've ever had and I left confident everything was done and then some. Extremely friendly staff, fair prices and clearly explained fees and prices. Amazing first visit

Everyone was so nice and I actually, for the first time in my life, had a good experience, had FUN! When it came time to pick glasses, all the ladies in the store that weren't busy helped me choose which frames to get. These are the ones I chose.

Went in today for my annual exam after having lasik a year ago. Everyone there including the Dr. was extremely nice and do a great job. I will definitely use this location for all future appointments. Keep up the great work guys!

Went for to pick up my glasses last year and the experience turned out to be a bad one. First the glasses did not have the right prescription and measurements. Then, I was told I had to see the doctor again, and that doctor basically tried to downplay my concerns and told me that my eyes weren't really that bad. He did end up correcting the prescription, and the measurements ended up being taken correctly. However, I did not get the Other frames that I had picked. So I was postponed again, waiting for the proper frames to come. Finally, get all of that right.And within two months, they just completely separated on their own. Then, they told me that they weren't going to fix it Because I didn't purchase an extended plan and their hundred day guaranteed does not cover if it breaks. Needless to say, that was a four hundred dollar experience that I never want to go through again and I will let others know about it. To follow up, the response left by the owner is actually rather interesting because I was told that a manager would be calling me back to discuss the broken glasses. Needless to say, nobody contacted me whatsoever. So if you really valued customer feedback and making things right, someone would have called like they said that they would. I only hope that my feedback will help others to make a more informed choice on buying glasses.

Very happy with being a patient here. They staff is friendly and know what they are doing. The doctors dont make you feel rushed and take their time answering your questions. Ordered contacts and due to my busy schedule they are mailing my order to my house.
