I handed over my Maui Jim sunglasses (frames old enough for MJ to allow lenses to be changed by others) to get prescription update. Notified by my optical place that lab says "we misplaced them. They're lost." WHAT????? I am devastated not to mention furious. They protect my eyes better than any other.

I have been with FEA Industries for a number of years(10), as of lately it seems that they do not care about processing lab work in a timely matter. Heaven forbid you send then a frame and they lose it (3 in one month) they want you to replace it and pay all the shipping and handling charges????? a simple progressive with arc still waiting on since 4/3. I even purchased a compatible tracer to make life easier, to the tune of 5500.00 (haven't even received it yet).. seems like its to late...the prices are cheap but so is the quality( as of lately) ie small lense, pd's off, and to top it off the supervisor of customer service hangs up on you???????? (dan). Seems they are growing.....at a rate to fast for them to handle, I don't see them winning the lab of the year again any time soon!

This company is idiotic. They make glass progressive lens but they will not tell you where the glasses can be purchased ("it's against their policy"). So the web site tells you how great they are but the company will not tell you where to buy them. Ugh !
***maybe I am being too harsh but every other lens maker will refer me but FEA makes a glass lens which is what I want.
