I've been going to this eye doctor for many years. Every time I've been there it's usually a good experience. I call to make myself an eye exam appointment and they tell me they no longer take my insurance. Lovely, all those years with a do it gone.

They cancelled/changed my contact lens trials multiple times without notifying me which resulted in a series of delays in ordering my contacts. They charge a $50 contact lens fitting fee which they do not tell you about up front - it's not covered by most insurance policies. They also do not reliably open the store at the time listed online.

It was the only place that would accept my health insurance and they have a variety of glasses. I picked out frames for only $20 and all i had to do was pay $89 for everything. The optometrist was really nice and so was receptionist

They charge double what one might find on line for contacts even with a discounted price. They do not match the price of contacts you find. They don't want your business. The eye exam was so off, based on figures I told him with out looking at my prescription. He put me in lens too week. He got frustrated with me when I couldn't keep my eyes open for the exam, and just stoped the exam, with previous eye surgery my eyes have light-sensitivity. The woman at the counter is not nice, never smiles. They sure as heck charged my insurance and then over charged me... never again!
