For the sake of space, I'm going to make this review very short. Without going into detail, my mother had a procedure done on her eye in the office on a Tuesday afternoon. We were told that she should not experience any blurred vision after the procedure. The next morning she woke with blurry vision. She was scared and obviously concerned.. Beginning at 9:30 AM I called the office. I called at 12:30 ,3 pm and 430 pm. Not even a nurse or receptionist would return our calls. Finally, after multiple calls from multiple family members,we got a call from the on-call doctor around 6 PM. But by that time, it was too late because the on-call doctor had no technicians available to do any imaging at that point. I am a local veterinarian who owns a veterinary practice, and I would never dream of treating my animal patients this way. when I do surgery on one of my patients, I'm available the next day for any and all complications. I don't care how busy or crazy a day is. A representative from the office could make a simple phone call . Extremely disappointed with this " place. "

Dr. Franco is beyond amazing! She is thorough & follows through. I wish all doctors were like her!
