Dr Hensel is absolutely fantastic, never met a better optician that cares and takes time to help his patients. Betty and the staff are wonderful. The woman in the optical shop is very rude, impatient and totally impossible to get good service.

Dr. Bonner was very personable and friendly and got to the bottom of what I thought was a challenging eye problem. His assistant who checked me in and gave me the basic function tests was pleasant to talk to and professional in her manner. I was impressed with Abby in the optical department. In a world of complacent, bored young people serving clients and customers, Abby stands out. She is friendly and upbeat, efficient and willing to go to extra effort on my behalf. Her kindness and attitude make all the difference. I was very happy with my visit. I feel confident in everyone I met.

Dr Bonner and Dr Hartzel are great! The optical center's hours to pick up your glasses are impossible for anyone who works, I have tried to go twice to pick up my glasses and they are closed, they close Friday at 130 and have no Saturday hours. I do not think I will be getting anymore glasses from here

Didn't get to meet the Doctors, THE WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM WAS ENOUGH FOR ME , I LEFT, even asked if there was a emergency, that I didn't know about, ( for a emergency I'd wait ) nurse told me ,, This was a Medical Facility, it gets behind, as she was Banging on her desk, NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL FACILITY I must say

Abismal customer service in the lens shop. They don't want to help you at all, the beuracracy runs deep, go somewhere else to purchase glasses if possible. Dr. Hensel is fantastic, never had any complaints toward him. However the lens shop soured me on this location completely, they made a mistake and did not order my glasses as I was assured they had. When I inquired about the mistake suddenly I am "being difficult" and Christine made sure to repeat multiple times that it was not their fault and I must have made a mistake. I will be taking my business elsewhere for frames in the future. It only take one bad apple to ruin the bunch. That apple is Christine in the lens shop.

I started to see Dr. Hensel years ago when he was employed by another company. I followed him to The Eye Center as he was always thorough and courteous. I have been very happy with the care I have received from this office and plan to continue to be a patient.

This place is a joke they need to train their employees better. New girl gives you multiple different prices for the same order for glasses which i questioned luckily, front desk personnel are beyond rude because that's not their department. It took getting a manager to finally get the price correct so I could pay for the order for my elderly aunt. It's sad to think how many elderly they take advantage of because they don't have someone to help them make sure they are not being over charged !!
