Dr. Vasiliki (Viki) Christopoulos, MD-Eyepolis

This was my first time coming here for eye glasses. I was recommended to for high eye pressure from vision works in the waterfront. I went there last week because my glass broke, and that I'm legally blind. They told me they had openings that day due to the snow. I accepted the appointment. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My only issue was the prices. Wow, in the supposedly the richest country in the world, a pair of glasses is almost $700. I know this isn't their fault, but I had to include it.

This women was demeaning and I felt uncomfortable under her presence. She told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes yet they cry & water constantly and bloodshot 24hours a day. The next morning after my visit with her I ended up in emergency with swollen, leaky eyelids that were completely bloodshot. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. The money we spend on healthcare we deserve to at least feel comfortable, cared for and respected.

Very thorough. Excellent customer service. Parking is slim in lot but free side street parking available.

I just love this optical! The doctor and staff are so knowledgeable and kind. The selection is great. Love the Caroline Abram eyewear too! I'll definitely be back.

Purchased glasses, after adjustments still gave me issues. Rubbing my nose area raw and cutting behind my ear. I asked for help in resolving the issue in talking to dr., she did not call. Was told no exchange or refund? Its been like 7 days! So i call in upset as most people would be in having pain from something that should improve your life, not cause issues. And the new office staff was like we made adjustments, what do you want. Really? So dr. Finally calls and not to see what the problem was but to complain on how i spoke to her staff? Well if she had pain and bleeding from new glasses, i dont think she would be happy either. They have a nice selection of frame but lack real customer service.

I called at 9:30AM and was given a same day appointment at 11:40AM. The office staff was very welcoming and efficient. The tech was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Viki - well, she is just AMAZING. She quickly diagnosed the issue and provided initial medication in office. So personable and kind. I woke up the next morning 90 percent better. I highly recommend Dr. Viki - again, she is AMAZING!!!

This is one of the greatest places I have ever been. Dr. Viki did she surgery for me and is a true specialist. I can not say enough about her expertise. Not only a wonderful surgeon but a truly great person. The staff is excellent. Please know when you go to them they will take good care of you. They know how to fit you with the perfect frames.Im still in love with them after 10 years. Dr Viki is the best

It's hard to know where to start because the women at Eyepolis are all just wonderful. I was very blessed to hear of Dr Viki when I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr Viki explained everything to me in her lovely calm manner. She is a wonderful surgeon and a beautiful person. My eyes have been just perfect under her care. The women on staff are always willing to help you and always greet you with a big smile. I went to many eye care places before Eyepolis and was never happy. The past few years of eyecare have made me so happy to have a caring professional place to go.
