Nanticoke Eye Specialists

I had an appointment here this past Thursday. I called on Tuesday, and as a first time patient I was able to get in quickly, which was really nice. I have not been to an eye exam in 13 years, so it's been a while. I wasnt sure what to expect. The only thing that I did not like was when the testing was being done at the beginning of my appointment the examiner did not explain any of the devices and just had me hop from machine to machine and just told me what to do. I still have no idea what they were measuring. However, this does help the patient lessen the length of the appointment, and Im sure if they took the time to explain what these tests are to everyone the appointments would take forever. This was just a personal preference. They did offer that I could get pictures of my eyes instead of being dilated, which I loved being able to do, and I did choose that option. The doctor was very friendly, and put any worries to ease. Overall I would definitely go back, and I do recommend them. The doctor was very informative and explained my pictures of my eyes to me in great detail, and explained the VR test to me in great detail as well. I left feeling very informed on my eye health, and will return to them for my yearly exam.

Great bunch of people. Very helpful and knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I think when they get in their new location it would be a great move for them.

Absolutely great staff. Always kind and caring. Dr Wylam, in Nanticoke, is fabulous. She is one of the most informative and knowledgeable Dr's I've come across. She explains everything in terms I understand. So thrilled to have her! Wouldn't choose anyone else.

My husband and I just got back from our first visit to Nanticoke Eye Specialists, and I have to say that, in about half a century of having my eyes examined, I have never had such a thorough, extensive, and tech-forward eye exam. And on top of it all, everyone in the office was friendly and caring. It was almost fun! I really felt like they did everything possible to get us a positive outcome, and I appreciate that they took the time to explain everything to us. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Dr. Wylam. She was excellent with my freshly 3 year old toddler! Would definitely recommend!

The receptionist seemed very nice, but the girl in optical seems clueless and was very slow. Instead of working by putting information in the computer like they do in the Kingston office, she writes your personal info and everything down and then goes to the computer to input. That is time consuming (wasting) considering there is only one person in optical. I tried to get replacement glasses was turned away after waiting over an hour.(I mean telling the patient before they wait an hour apparently did not make sense to her) I took the opportunity to go to a different office other than eye specialist to get an exam. Dr Del Regno is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Too bad. The company used to be good ( in Kingston anyway)

Dr. Wylam was very nice, friendly and thorough. The staff was also very nice. My only issue was I had to wait 45 minutes past the time my appointment was set for. Because of the wait I was only going to give a 3 star review but everything else was great so I bumped it to 4 stars. Had I been taken in on time it would have been a 5 star review.

I am thankful for Nanticoke Eye Specialists. I needed to be seen because of an emergency issue with my eye. They fit me in the day I called. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Wylam did a thorough exam and answered my many questions. She was genuinely concerned with my eye health and so kind as she took care of my eye needs. I highly recommend Nanticoke Eye Speciaists and Dr. Wylam for all your eye care needs!
