My son ripped his last contact during basketball practice and even though they were closed, Dr. Berkeley came in to get him a pair. They are first class and I am happy to recommend them to anybody

I went for a new patient appointment today. I was very impressed with the staff, and the promptness with scheduling, and how friendly she was on the phone (I am sorry I didn't catch her name). Upon arrival the office was very neat and well organized. Two ladies at the desk very promptly welcomed me. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly met by the doctor, right on time for my 1:00 appointment. I was also impressed that the doctor did all of my testing, and then took me for my exam. After completing the exam he went over all tests that were completed, explaining what they look at, look for, and what he saw with my specific tests. Overall, I was very impressed! I have never worn glasses or contacts, and although my vision isn't perfect I am functioning just fine where I am and the doctor did not try to push any eyewear on me. Dr. Joe was very personable, friendly, and made my visit very enjoyable. Glad to know I have a new eye doctor to continue yearly visits with, and I will certainly be recommending them to others! Thank you Berkely Eye! Oh, and Mrs. Dr. Berkely (I am sorry I don't know your name) was very quick to strike up a conversation with me when I was checking out. She was very pleasant and friendly as well. Even though I didn't see her today, she also made me feel welcome, and was very easy to talk to.

I cannot talk more highly about everybody in this office. The doctors are phenomenal and so kind not only to me but my family and they really care about you and you always feel welcomed when you walk in the door. Honestly, it's like you feel like your family, so hands down The best eye doctors! Thank you so much for always being so thorough and caring and going over and above for your patience

I love this place! Dr. Joseph Berkely was thorough in making sure I understood my eye health and needs for being a first time contact wearer. The ladies who assisted with the contact lense fitting, and help picking frames were all so plesant! The staff at the front desk are pure gems as well!! This place feels like a family atmosphere! I highly recommend!! From beginning to end of appointment was 1 hour. I waited maybe 3 minutes after my initial paperwork, and the rest or the time was spent on ME and getting me seeing clearly again! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an eye doctor-This is the Place. All the doctors a knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. My appointments are enjoyable and the staff is truly helpful before and after the exam. I highly recommend this office. First Rate!

I've been a customer at this office for about 3 years. I'm always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The staff are all incredibly sweet and patient. My care feels personalized. The doctors are thorough and explain the results of my exams well. I never feel rushed through my appointment. Ron is always phenomenal with helping me find the perfect frame and fit when choosing a new pair of glasses. I would recommend Berkeley to anyone!

I love everything about this office! The staff is amazing! The eye exam is very thorough. The Doctors are wonderful. There are so many great glasses to choose from! It's always such a breath of fresh air going back for my annual appointment. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and timely. A++

My first time here and it was outstanding. The exam was easy and the doctor explained everything that was going on. The Optimap sure beats getting dilated. The selection of frames had a wide variety of styles and Ron explained all the options for lenses along with the pros and cons for each choice. The women at the front desk were gracious and efficient. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
