Check Eye Group PC

After being patients of Check Eye Group for nearly 12 years, my family and I are done. I called in to make a couple of appointments for my family and the representative that answered made me feel like an annoyance and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. They have made my kids feel like idiots when asking questions or wanting more than one pair of glasses. The Doctors are awesome, but the office staff are extremely rude, making the visits not worth it anymore.

Really nice doctor, spends time with you and explains things. I didn't feel rushed. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Frame collection is great, many to choose from. Have my husband going now.

I love coming here for my eye exams, glasses, contacts, etc. The staff is super-friendly and remember me from year to year, which is awesome! If I had any criticism it's that due to the size of the entrance area the selection of glasses seems less than what I may find elsewhere, however I've never had a hard time finding something that I'm happy with, so it's somewhat of a moot point. I highly recommend Check Eye Group to anyone in the area. :)

The doctor was very nice and would hear me out. Tried very hard to find me contacts that worked. The man they have working with the glasses for fitting was rude. I complained i couldn't see out of my left eye and he told me I had allergies in that eye... Went back later because the frames were splitting and they replaced no issue... went back because they were crooked and got some attitude from them. Ladies at the front desk always seemed to have an attitude. Recently went to 3 guys optical and had my eye exam. Turns out my eyeglasses prescription was too high. My left eye went down 0.25 and my right eye went down 0.50. No wonder I couldn't see. "Allergies..." Was very disappointed overall and will not be returning.

I've been to 4 different eye doctors throughout the area and this one is by far the best. Dr. John Cicchini is so thorough and patient. Highly recommend!
