I came for an eye exam and the eye Doctor was extremely nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcomed. I got in and out super quickly and I was happy to find out my insurance covers the exams here because I tried making appointments at other eye centers but my insurance wouldn't cover them. I'm glad I came here.

Dr Scott prescribed my daughter eyeglasses that were way too strong for her eyes. She spent several months with dizziness and bumping into things, while saying her glasses weren't helping her any longer. Thank goodness I took her back to children's hospital of Pittsburgh who caught what Dr Scott did. When I called to speak to the doctor regarding why this happened I got a rude employee without talking to the doctor who then said the doctor doesn't work for Walmart. I will be contacting corporate but never again will Walmart vision be trusted for eye exams. What a sham.... They also missed my son's eyeballs starting to flatten in the back due to increased pressure. Thankfully the opthalmologist at children's caught it.

Well it says you guys are open til 8pm but I was jus there at 4:30pm and no one was there. Also I came and got my glasses fix and the next day the lenses falling out in my lap ..

Horrible service. I called 6 weeks in advance for a appointment for myself and husband. The woman that answered asked for our insurance information told me "our appointment" date. We show up and the woman never scheduled me just my husband, and said they could not fit me in cause the dr was booked all day and till the end of march. Never again will i go there or recommended anyone.

There has been only one person working my last three visits. Six people looking at frames on the wall, three people waiting on glasses pick ups, and I just need to pick up contacts yet I sat there for half an hour and was only spoke to once. If you're in a rush this is not your place. The phone just rings endlessly. On a good note the employee once we spoke was very nice but........

The older white woman with blonde hair is extremely rude this was the second time she was rude. Didn't help my daughter and I or wouldn't figure out a solution to fix the problem. So my child will get better care and service else where.

After 10+ years of seeing Dr. Scott I will no longer be coming here after she refused to give me a copy of MY prescription. One of my last two contacts ripped and I needed my prescription as I'm half blind now, and was met with "there's nothing we can do". Instead they wanted me to book an appointment (a month from now) and couldn't care less if I could see or not. How anyone thinks it's legal to hold a prescription is beyond me and I will be reporting this center to the FTC and States License Board.
10+ years of coming here and I can't even get a copy of my own prescription?

Just tried to call this vision center in North Versailles and waited 30 minutes to an hour on the phone for an available associate to come on the phone to help me schedule my appointment. To no avail did anyone come on the phone. I hung up. Not gonna waste my time to get an appointment scheduled with a place that doesn't answer the phone
