I've been to many fancy eye doctors and so far my experience with Walmart Vision Center in Oxford is the best care I've received in years. Katie and Roza are so helpful and friendly and they truly care! I've purchased prescription sunglasses and my husband has purchased work safety glasses. The sunglasses are great quality for half the price I was quoted at another local optometrist. You can try the glasses for 60 days. And 1 year warranty. I'm grateful for this pleasant experience so far with Walmart vision center!

I was in a couple weeks ago and I did not care for the dr at all. She seemed like she was mad at me for no reason at all. She was speaking down to me, like I owed her something. I begrudgingly finished my eye exam and went somewhere else to get glasses. I only finished the exam because I'm not sure how my insurance would like it if I went to another dr to get another exam. I won't be back to this Walmart or maybe even any Walmart to get my prescription. I guess I'll use the eye Dr in town.

Looking for an eye doctor in Oxford? This is where you want to go and with whom you want to trust your eyesight. I've been going there for about seven years and so does my daughter. Very knowledgeable and a better experience than I've had at other, more expensive and private offices. Without vision insurance, they are affordable as well. All COVID 19 safety precautions are followed.

Wal-Mart offers eye exams in the center.
I went in asking if I could get a pair of contacts as I had ran completely out.
The lady asked if I had my prescription and I told her I don't but, I'm due for an eye exam.
She flat out said "what do you want me to do about it?"
Uh your job schedule me for an exam and get me contacts.
Very dissatisfied.

Agnes Esaka she's very aggressive and has a major attitude. Anges is very unprofessional. I walked in and my nose wasn't fully covered (mask keeps slipping down) . She was a complete maskhole. Yelling at me about how people are dying everywhere due to covid and that's the rules etc etc. Instead of just saying sir please try and keep ur nose covered, or saying anything like that. I said, if you're done, let's go. I want to get this over with. Then she argued with me about where i get my eye exams done (which is Walmart)... then left me alone in the room for... so far, 30 min... then refused to see me.
I very much do not recommend this dr at all.

Great customer service. I broke my frame from another eyecare place. I was able to replace my frame with another frame. I don't know her name but she was friendly helpful & patient while helping me. The prices for frames are great when paying out of pocket.
