Dr. Neeb and Dr. Balliet are both wonderful. Regina is very knowledgeable with vision insurance and the frame selection. Front office staff is always friendly. We've been coming here for over 15 years. They see adults and children.

Dr Balliet is such a nice guy, soft spoken, caring and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable.

I finally found an eye I like! Dr. Balliet & his staff are so amazing. They are so patient & listened to every question & concern that I had. They explained things to me thoroughly & helped me understand things that were never explained to me at previous Optometry offices. They have earned a life long patient from me & I will recommend them to everyone I know.

MVO sees our entire family (two adults and two kids). My husband and I haven't been to the eye doc in years, and it was time to get our kiddos on an annual schedule. Making an appt was easy - despite our time constraints with working. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. I saw Dr. Balliet and he was kind and professional. My husband and kiddos saw Dr. Neeb. My 2 year old is not an easy patient, but she came into the waiting and did his exam there. Less stress = happy kid! The children's 'secret' playroom is a huge bonus. My only recommendation would be to update the office aesthetically.

I just love Mountain View! The two doctors there are the best! They aren't in a hurry to get out of the room! And explains things thoroughly! Very very friendly and nice! Helpful in all aspects! I wouldn't go else where! The best!
